Great experience and great work. All the staff I interacted with, were so pleasant and really cared about what they do. I had vinyl added to the pillars of my car to stop the paint from peeling more.
Mia & Zaeem were helpful and knowledgable about the product, and as I was new to the tinting world, they let me sit in the demo cars to see how strong the tint was and explained how it works. The price is reasonable compared to other quotes I had which were more expensive. The sun was burning my arm & face coming through the window before tinting. With the UV Tinting package, there is no more burning and reduces the glare which is safer for driving and my car looks goood.
Overall the service was great and the tints came out good. There are a couple of bubbles on some of the windows. The buggiest gripe is on both the drivers side and passengers side. On the bottom ride corner there is a line that goes into the corner that seems to have occurs while installation. (See pictures for reference). Don’t know if this covers under warranty but it is what it is I guess. If it is covered maybe I’ll get them redone later
**Updated Review Summary** - August 1, 2024 / Thursday I brought my vehicle in as scheduled at 9 am today. Zaeem addressed the damages to the PPF and hood paint, replacing the partial PPF and cleaning the paint with a 3-step detail. I decided to upgrade to a full PPF installation on the entire hood and paid the difference in price. Upon inspection during pickup, I found Zaeem’s work to be excellent. However, the watermarks on the plastic trim have not been fully removed. I will return in two weeks for a follow-up to fully address this issue and inspect the newly installed full front hood PPF. They installed an XPEL brand PPF with a 10mm thickness, which looks much better than the 3M PPF I originally had installed five years ago. Although the new PPF comes with a 10-year warranty, only time will tell the results. Overall, I am giving Zaeem a five-star review for his efforts. He effectively remediated the mistakes made by his staff and apologized for their previous behavior. I am satisfied with the remediation efforts and the service recovery he provided. Looks like a poor quality job overall considering the damage done. --- Full Review: I recently visited Tint World for their Nano Ceramic Coating - Supreme Coating Package. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon inspecting my vehicle after the service, I found that the Paint Protection Film (PPT) on the front hood, near the driver’s side headlights, had been damaged/burned. Additionally, there was more burn damage to the hood paint itself, and the watermarks on the plastic trim were not removed, indicating a poor-quality job overall. Zaeem, the Manager and Owner of this location, has been great since I first met him earlier this month. He has shown professionalism and dedication to customer service. When I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am this morning, Zaeem was fantastic. We conducted a thorough walk-through and inspection of the vehicle and discussed the expected results after the service. However, my experience took a turn for the worse upon pick-up. Since Zaeem was not present, I had to deal with Mike, the Supervisor. During the post-service walk-through, I shared my concerns with Mike. Unfortunately, he was defensive, rude, and arrogant, giving off a condescending tone that was entirely inconsistent with the customer service I would expect from Tint World. It was the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive styling center. As a car and SUV enthusiast for over 20 years, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. Mike's conduct is highly detrimental to Tint World’s esteemed reputation in the industry. I have been scheduled for a remediation of the PPT and paint burn damages, as well as the poor quality of the Nano Ceramic Coating on the plastic trim. Additionally, they have not deducted the $100 deposit I made on July 6, 2024, when I initially scheduled the service appointment. I will update this review following the remediation scheduled for this coming week. --- Overall, while Zaeem's professionalism and customer service have been commendable, the quality of work and the unfortunate interaction with Mike have significantly marred my experience with Tint World. I hope the upcoming remediation will resolve these issues satisfactorily.
