We had such a great experience with Chelsea at Snuggle Bugz! She was incredibly helpful and patient while walking us through all the stroller options, explaining the differences, and making sure we found the one that fit our needs best. She really took her time to answer all our questions and made the whole process so much easier.

As a new grandma, I went to shop for my babies, and I really did not enjoy the experience. The music being hip hop rap nonsense was NOT conducive to actually THINKING what to do for babies. West Coast kids is much more peaceful and helps one to make the right decisions.

Very welcoming customer service with great insights about stroller choices. We’ve visited both Burlington & Milton branches multiple times to check out the strollers and every single time we were able to get our questions answered and hear even further insights. Highly recommended.

The team at Snuggle Bugz Burlington helped us make the final decision on which stroller and car seats to get. I walked in very pregnant at 35weeks with twins and they were willing to hear us out on what we had narrowed our options down to. What could have been a stressful experience was so simple and easy. Courtney was great at pointing out the pros and cons of each of our options. She did not rush us as we took our time making sure we got exactly what we wanted and she made sure we knew how to use every feature of our final choices. We will be back to seek out the professional opinions of Team Burl the next time we are between a couple options.

She took the time to listen to all of my questions, providing honest, knowledgeable recommendations that I truly appreciated. I'm so grateful for her support and professionalism!

We have always gotten good advice and service whenever we’ve visited the store. We placed an order for a item thats to come in the future. They also answered all my queries over the phone a bunch of times i’ve called about availability and pricing. The one thing that bums me out is that they don’t take AMEX. We bought so much but i don’t think i will be back for big purchases

High end baby stuff that's super close to home!

The store is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am glad that I was eager to get a crib, as we went shopping for one 6 months before my due date. Thankfully we did, the crib was in stock, but we had to wait for other components to it for almost 5 full months. As i continually called to check the status, it was another week out until it arrived. I don't live locally in Burlington and it has become a bit of an inconvenience to have to try and make another trip up there to get my nursery pieces, especially now being very close to my due date. Beyond that, I loved the store; but the product turnaround time is not ideal.

I bought a Baby Jogger Select Lux Stroller, adapter and a Perego Primo Viaggio car seat for my Daughter in Law and Son Online from your store (over $1000 worth of product). When they received the car seat, they realized they said they wanted the car seat with the exact same name except is has Nido on the end of it. When we called to take it back they said as soon as the car seat leaves there warehouse it's not returnable. ToyRUs say they return car seats but for some reason this company does not due to a Policy of Safety even if the car seat was not opened from the box. Buy from ToysRUs is my advice.....

It's always a pleasure shopping here. It's been beautifully renovated and they have unique items that you can't find just anywhere. I've shopped with them online quite a few times too and always had good experiences (with both delivery and in store pick up). The staff are always friendly and typically knowledgeable on the products they sell. Overall a great place to shop for your little one!

Ordered a crib and was told that it would be a long wait as they are a special order. Was told that it was a higher quality product than the other retailers as it is made in North America. Received a call that it was ready for pick up but the pick up is done by appointment and in another location (warehouse is 10-15 minutes drive away) which is very inconvenient.When I arrived to the warehouse I insisted on opening the packaging as their invoice says that they are not liable for any damages if you completed the pick up. SO HAPPY I DID!!! The crib was littered with holes- turns out that their "high end North American manufacturer" doesn't believe in quality control and packaged and sent a crib that had all the finished nails/staples holes exposed. Called the store- was told that there's nothing they can do about it and if we would like to get the same one it will have to be re-ordered and will take 14(!) weeks. Not much good to us as my wife is 8.5 months pregnant. When we requested to be refunded as we decided not to deal with them anymore the sales person (Helen) initially told us that she could not issue a refund "only a manager can do that. Why don't you wait till you speak to Kelly ?". Surprisingly enough - when we insisted on getting our money back she located a "magic" card that enabled the refund....Bottom line- it is an overpriced store that is labeled as a better quality retailer. I don't mind paying for quality and good service but when I don't get either it is really a waste of time and money...There are other options out there and I really recommend to pass on this ordeal!
