Opal Baths and Design fully renovated four bathrooms in our home. From start to finish of this large project, the Opal Bath team was professional. Oscar prepared the budget based on our feedback, the design work, and assisted with the selection of all materials. He was courteous and always prompt to reply to any questions we had. He also provided valuable guidance with the lighting selection. The installation team, led by Chris, kept us up to date daily on the progress and schedule of what to expect. Chris took pride in all aspects of the project, provided valuable suggestions, went the extra mile, and the end result was nothing short of spectacular. All subcontractors for tile, floor, electrical and plumbing installation were also very professional with their work. We would highly recommend Opal Baths and Design for anyone considering bathroom renovations.

A beautiful and functional bathroom vanity was installed by Opal. I needed a company that do the complete project (source all the materials, remove my old vanity and install a new one) and Opal does that. I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from Oscar who helped me choose the right vanity, counter top and fixture for my bathroom. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and not at all pushy. He got back to me when he said he would and delivered ahead of schedule and on budget! The two installers (Chris & Will) were efficient, very detail oriented and considerate and went above and beyond. It was truly the best customer service I've experienced in years and I'm thrilled with the result! And the vanity is gorgeous! I would highly recommend this company.
Five years ago Opal Baths and Design renovated our bathroom. They were wonderful to work with and did such a great job. This summer we asked them back to renovate our kitchen and main floor. They began this project on time and it was finished when they said it would be. However, I can’t say enough about all the awesome things that happened in between. From helping us make decisions on putting all of our ideas and theirs together, to everyone who came and made it all happen. It was truly amazing to watch all of these “artists” come together to create this beautiful space in our home. Steve has chosen such skilled perfectionists, who also happen to be the nicest people. We would do it all again in a heartbeat.
We had Opal re-do our clunky, poorly-ventilated ensuite earlier this year and are still thrilled with the transformation. It was a complete overhaul, and they were incredible to work with during the design process, with lots of ideas on how to get the most out of the small space. During the renovation, they were on-time, communicated at all points, and brought in lovely, friendly specialists to work on all of the different aspects. From plumbing to electrical and glasswork in the shower, ever contractor we met on this job took pride in their work and we could tell with the results. Thank you again for the incredible job.
Great job all around! They have all the elements you look for in a renovation: decent pricing, nice people to work with and a professional design and install.
