I have been a loyal customer with the Watermark Burlington location for over 10 years and we have enjoyed the relationship very much. Whenever I have had an issue or questions they are always readily available to handle my needs. Hence the reason for this review. Recently, my master bath shower head malfunction and I was at a loss on how to remedy the problem so I contacted Suzanne Graham (an associate in the Burlington location) for help. Suzanne indicated that she would contact the provider on my behalf and see what they can do for me. Within 24 hours I received an email from both the provider and Suzanne outlining what they can do to help resolve my dilemma. Unexpectedly, they were offering to replace my shower head. I didn’t see that coming. I was surprised and very appreciative of their offer. Suzanne was very instrumental in this positive outcome. Suzanne was simpatico, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She was amazing. Their exceptional service is the reason I continue go back to Watermarks.
