if you can pick up this is faster, cheaper option than Amazon. I had a question that was promptly answered by a very helpful staff member. No reason for me to look elsewhere. Will definitely recommend to friends and family living in driving distance.
As shown in the photo, they were offering free shipping the day I made an order, Sept 7. The cart was adding $22.xx for shipping so I added a not asking that if it's not free, cancel my order. They later cancelled my order with no comments or explanation. A business who states "Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with both the product you purchased and the service you have received." would, you'd think, offered something. #greedy And yes I have the right company. I clicked on the first link. I have emails to prove it.
Had a hard time getting batteries for my Ryobi ride mower, most places were not very helpful. This place was great, price was right and their customer service was amazing, she goes over the top to be helpful and to boot they have pick up, no expensive delivery charges. When the batteries arrived one was damaged in transit, no problem, they gave me a complete new one.
Very efficient, fast and friendly. Placed an order for a replacement UPS battery on-line yesterday for pick-up. I arrived at the shipping dock 25 minutes later, and the exact battery I ordered was ready-to-go and handed to me seconds after calling the posted number. Even took my old battery off my hands for safe disposal.
Email/phone message both state open till 3pm for pickup. Left work 3hours early to make it in time only to pull up to loading dock and see a sign saying Friday 930 - noon. Perhaps adjust email, phone and Google to better reflect this discrepancy to save issues going forward .
We have a broken Forklift and need new batteries. We have tried calling maybe 15 times the past two days to get our batteries either repaired or replaced and nobody picks up the phone. This is extremely frustrating and wasting our time.
