Vanessa has been the most helpful and patient young lady I’ve meet!! She provided so many options! If anyone is looking to get blinds or drapes she is the best!!!
We had several companies suggest designs and provide quotations; Covers wasn’t the cheapest - and certainly not the most expensive - but they were the best. The designer (Josette) understood exactly what we wanted; her design suggestions were exactly right, imaginative yet without being over the top, and the result is truly stunning. Installation by Steven was excellent too - friendly, efficient, skilled and accommodating. Completely satisfied - and then some!
Our experience with Josette from Covers was great. Josette came with idea's and suggestions for the space we were looking to finish off. The final windows coverings chosen are perfect for the space. Steven who installed the blinds and curtain was the ultimate professional. We are very pleased and happy with Covers and especially our window coverings. I would highly recommend Covers to get your window coverings.
We have remote controlled roller blinds in our living room that were here when we moved into our condo 3.5 years ago. They are 10 foot windows with a view of the lake and two blinds operating separately or together. Suddenly the left one stopped working. We had no informaiton other than the Somfy name. I found Covers as a dealer and Vanessa was so great helping us find a solution and put us in contact with the installer Steven. He was fantastic too and our blinds are working perfectly again! Thank you for giving us our lake view back!

I had a great experience ordering Eclipse shutters from Kari at Covers Canada in Burlington. She made the process really smooth and easy, sending over quotes quickly and sharing all options/possibilities. When someone came to measure the windows for confirmation, he was extremely friendly and efficient. The installer was also fantastic and did an amazing job. He was friendly, respectful, and took his time to ensure they were installed properly. He then took the time to explain how to open them, clean them, and everything else about the shutters. We are extremely happy with the shutters and our experience with Covers Canada Burlington. Highly recommend!
Dissapointed. It appears Covers Has changed their business model thru attempting to be a 'high end window covering retailer'. We were left with the feeling our need was too small to garner interest. Pricing was not found to be competitive ... The quote received was more than double what we paid for at a competitor for the same product.
