From my initial phone call to the moment I left, the service was exceptional and so was the work. I got my headlights on my 15 yr old Mini restored for the first time ever and they looked like new. On top of that, my car was detailed on the outside complimentary, which was a very nice surprise and gesture! Thank you for making my car look so great and like new! Absolute professionals. They use high quality products. The mats weren't slippery the dash wasn't done with cheap shiny "protecterants" The mat finish is refined and elegant. The exterior had paint from roadlines and some concrete splashes...all gone! The paint surface feels smooth and properly decontaminated. I, actually can't find something to fault them on and I'm picky. I've found my new goto detailer.
I brought in a 2008 Toyota Matrix. My car looks brand new, like a 2025. Every corner of the car is clean. VERY happy with the end result. If you’re looking for car detailing I highly recommend Prime!
In my experience with Majid as a client, I found him to be a top professional. His communication and understanding of the client needs and then executing the plan to perfection is praiseworthy. Very happy with his work and customer service. Definitely check him out.
If I could leave zero stars, I would but that option isn't available. Unprofessional and very less than honest. Sleight of hand, bait and switch, whatever you want to include is how I felt and how I was treated. I had an agreement in principle with Majd at their location in Mississauga on Royal Windsor Dr. We shook hands on an agreed lower price with the addition of him dropping off the car in question for a mechanic he knows to do a safety. I messaged him a few days after to see if car was safety, yet. He said mechanic will bring car into shop next day as he was busy. A few days goes by and I messaged Majd again about the car safety and didn't hear back. Another message left again a few day after with no response. Finally, I called him and made contact. After prying it out of him, he admitted he sold the car to another person! I suspect for the original higher price. He excuse was that he didn't want me to feel 'pressured' by this new person?! Madj apologized but how does that change anything? Why would you risk your reputation over $100?! Used car dealers have a bad reputation as it is, so why compound this? I wouldn't want to deal with them again on any level or service. You never know what you may or may not get is how I felt and was treated. Their response might be as follows: "We checked and we couldn't find you as a customer on file..." Buyer beware!
Burlington is lucky to have this shop around. Excellent customer service. Majd and his crew are very welcoming and skillful. This shop is a gem and must be checked out if you're planning to get your vehicles cleaned.
This was my first time going to Prime Autocare detailing , I can say my first experince was absolutley wonderful. Such a warm welcome as soon as you arrive. The shop is very clean and well put together, they will even drive you back home if you don't have a ride which I thought was incredible. The owner is very personable, when I came to pick up my car I was completly shock my car was stunning on the inside and out. I couldn't be any more happier with my choice of car detailing shop. For this shop to only be open for a month and a bit this is absolutely amazing at how functioning and efficient they were. I would 100% recommend going here for any and all detailing and car sevices.
