Have been coming here for many years. The old staff was much better but the new staff is alright. Sometimes it's hit and miss on the level of quality even when it's not the busiest. The owner is always nice to deal with.
This place is phenomenal! I had a full clean, inside and out for only $50. It is better value and much quicker than the other car wash in Burlington!
I wouldn't come back. Many missed spots in my car and my truck wasnt even vacuumed despite paying the ultimate package. My dash was also full of dust still and wasnt touched. I spent about an hour going back in and cleaning the missed spots. Shouldn't have to do that after paying $50.
The guys who work here are wonderful. The owner? Not so much!! He is argumentative and he lies to get more money out of you. Very disappointed with what transpired today and I won't be back. I have 2 vehicles that I have been bringing here for years, but never again after this experience. I almost bought a book of washes and am so thankful I didn't.
This is not my first visit, and I have previously received excellent service. However, this time, when I picked up the car, I noticed that many areas had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, some parts of the interior had not been vacuumed properly. When I spoke to the manager, I was told, “This is a quick wash.” I’m not sure if a quick wash means that certain areas should be left uncleaned. To be fair, I was offered the option to leave the car for further cleaning, but I declined due to the disappointing response I received. While the service was priced at $35, I believe that quality and attention to detail should not be compromised by speed. Excellence in work comes from sincerity and a commitment to delivering what the customer pays for. Thank you.
First time visiting and it was a great experience. Had the Ultimate Wash service. Friendly and experienced guys. Will definitely take my vehicle there again.
