I had such a wonderful experience at MK Cardiology. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The environment itself is calm and relaxing, and everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make the visit smooth and stress-free. I felt they went above and beyond with taking their time to do a thoral exam. You can really feel the warmth and care in how they treat their patients. So professional. Highly recommend! I had an excellent experience with Hanifa and Dr. (Forgot her name) during my recent heart check-up. Both were incredibly professional, thorough, and compassionate throughout the entire process. Hanifa made me feel comfortable right away with her kind demeanor and attention to detail, while Dr. (Forgot her name) provided clear explanations and ensured all my concerns were addressed. Although the testing went really well. The doctor who followed up to discuss my results was so rude. She was late so I called the clinic to see how long the wait time is since I have to pickup my son from daycare. They called me back to ask if they can call me before 6 pm and I agreed that that is okay. I get doctors are behind on time the least you could do is apologize. The doctor was so rude she asked me “what my problem was”. I told her you guys told me you would call me she’s like you’re not on video and I don’t have time for this. Who talks like this? If you don’t have time don’t book people in for consults.
I came in the clinic today and I was greeted with a nice big smile. I’m happy to say that the front desk is very friendly and organized. Overall the clinic is a wonderful place with kind and professional workers.
Got an appointment on short notice and at a clinic convenient to me. When I got there I found out Aarti would be supervising. She had done so a year ago. I felt more relaxed knowing it was her. She is efficient smart and has a very caring personality. She made arrangements for further tests while I was there so no time wasted. Couldn't ask for anything more. Took out all the stress. Had second appointment in Burlington. Modern clean quiet efficient. As pleasant as a stress test could possibly be. Made to feel very comfortable by the assistant. All so very efficient. Thank you very much!
I had a great experience! from the start to finish everyone is so nice and hospitable! We need more empathetic people in the medical industry just like the staff from this clinic. The last thing someone needs is to experience rude, unbothered people at the clinic giving you a hard time when you are already going through a confusing, dreadful time trying to find a diagnosis. From the receptionist, to all the nurses that performed the tests, and the doctor - everyone made me feel so comfortable, and reassured Ill be taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ you guys are great!
