My husband and I enjoyed picking out our first bay crib. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how many floor models they had available to browse through, and I actually saw the Beckett crib on display in the colour I liked when looking online before hand. Nina was helping us and made the experience so much more enjoyable and helpful. She gave us great tips on which conversion kits to buy based on baby’s growth and even used her own personal experience with kids to support her logic. She honoured Black Friday promotional pricing, even though Nestled hadn’t started their sales yet, to price match with a competitor store, which saved us more money which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an enjoyable and exciting experience for us as first time parents and Nina made it that much better, she’s wonderful and we appreciated her honesty and guidance.
We had the greatest experience with Nina today. She was beyond helpful with our nursery furniture, and setting up our registry for our first baby. Nina was knowledgeable with all of the products, and made the whole experience fun.
I had a very frustrating experience with nestled. After paying a fortune and ordering a glider for my nursery, I was told 5 days after the glider was delivered that there was a mistake and they delivered the wrong item. The customer service team was frankly quite rude and did not take any accountability for the mistake and the inconvenience that this has caused. I was told the delivery company would need to swap the chairs however the delivery company advised they do not even have the correct glider to swap and will need to make multiple visits which is even more inconvenient as I am due any day. I expected more accountability especially after spending the money. Just very bad and confusing service overall, I will not be returning.
I had no intention of buying anything, I just went to look at the products (Burlington location) and to determine which ones I like. Cindy and Aidan helped me and I bought a bouncer, a stroller, additional pieces, a crib, a bed, sheets and oh my so much more. They are wonderful salespeople and I really felt cared for.
A couple of weeks ago we visited Nestled to pick out a crib and mattress. They have alot of options to choose from and the customer service we received from Nina was excellent and we highly recommend this store. Thanks again Nina for all your help. We are really happy with our purchase.
Nestled is the best kids furniture store in southern Ontario! They went above and beyond at assisting my partner and I pick out and design our custom rocking chair. They were so attentive and present in all our encounters and thoroughly answered all our questions!
