I showed up to drop off my suits for dry cleaning at 8:10am. Their google hours say open at 8am but they were closed still. Went across the street to the other dry cleaners and they were happy to take my business.

Don't go there if you really need to get your cloths back on time. I was new to neighborhood, I chose this dry cleaner based on their good reviews. I dropped two night dresses to be picked up in 3 days, a day before I was going on vacation for holidays. Went there around 7PM , store was closed ( supposed to close at 8). I tried to call them, no one picked up. I tried their website and wrote my note to owner , but the contact section didn't work and my message didn't go through. I thought to stop by on my way to airport , called them next day , no one answered , voice mail box was full. Long story short, I couldn't take my dresses with me and when I came back from my trip I went there and I told the staff , owner's son, that I don't want to pay full price for dresses that I couldn't get on time. He had no sense of customer care and he didn't realize how important it is in their line of business to be punctual. Some customers might bring their cloths there to wear in an occasion that can not wait, you can not just close the store an hour earlier. If anything urgent at least leave a number to contact for customers that might need their cloths back. He was like, I am not sure, I am not allowed to do anything, come back when owner is here, I have to talk to my dad...
I'm speechless. I took my wedding dress in to get dry cleaned and was told 3 weeks and it would be done. NO PHONE CALL TO TELL ME IT WAS DONE. I called yesterday and asked the status of it and had the worst customer service experience ever. The owner told me they dont call their customers to let them know when things are done.Then I went in today to get my dressand said I'm not paying this much as I had the worst customer service experience. The wife of the owner told me he wasnt rude and put in the amount on the machine and said here you go. I call back and spoke again yo the manager would not let me speak told me what are you fussing about if you want something for free tell me. I hung up on him, he called back and still continued to speak over me. NEVER GO HERE horrible service.
Next-day service for everything, they do a great job, are well organized and friendly. Not the cheapest around - men's shirts laundered are $3.15 apiece, compared to $2.50 at some dry cleaning chains, and under $2 at discount cleaners in the GTA. If you need a clean one for work every day, this quickly adds up. Parking is ample and conveniently close.
It was my first time coming here. I came in to get my zipper fixed on my winter jacket. The owner let me know of the prices it could potentially cost me. In the meantime he was fiddling with my coat and actually ended up fixing it by hand. No cost. Great customer service, and will be back!
