I have purchased a number of computers - laptops and desktop units for my small business and non-profit work. The staff is knowledgeable, the products are great. I will be returning.
Had worst experience at this place. I had missing screws on back side of panel. I asked him what would be the price for those? He said $10. I had charger whose outer cover was coming off.. he said I will fix it.. I thought it would be complimentary because he just taped it..he charged me total amount $20.60. I asked him $10 for taping charger? He replied that is our service charge. I thought initially this was the very great place…it turned to very worst..it’s not about only $20..it about honesty and ethics…they might be looting money from old age people who can’t understand. I would’ve bought screws and tap by myself for $10. No honest people anymore at this place. Check pictures for clarity…even screws he has used are mix of types
I pocked this place at random, looking for a replacement PC case, not even sure what products or services they offered. I walked out twenty minutes later with a good case at a great price. The sales guy took the time to ask me about the system I was building, helped me pick components that suited it, and unpacked one so I could have a good look before I bought. I'm really happy with the service I received here.
I had an intermittent problem with my Dell Laptop causing the computer to stop charging. The technician was very patient and helpful since the laptop worked when I brought it in the first time but then it stopped working again when I got home. He diagnosed it as a problem with Windows. Very fair pricing. I would recommend them. They also have a great many laptops and desktops in stock - new and used.
Excellent chain of shops. In the last 6 years all our computers, laptops and tablets came from one of Wintronics shops. Always great value for the money. They offer warranty but we never had need to use it. Definitely strongly recommend.
