Don't order hot food! You can order what you want, but you will get what they give you. No cheesecake, onions , sauercrout, if you don't have the items to complete request, don't confirm order. Will not be ordering ever ever again. Would not let these people get me chips, or even hot dog buns, would still screw it up!
I work nearby, so I frequently buy fresh food from here and absolutely love their pizza and sandwiches. The employees provide outstanding customer service. Margesh, in particular, stands out for his exceptional service. He always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience and is constantly helping his coworkers. I've seen him handle multiple tasks effortlessly. Thank you for your excellent work—this is truly a great 7-Eleven!
This place is a disgrace to the 7 Eleven brand. There is never any hot food available, the slushie machines spray juice all over your face because they are broken, the store is always disgusting and kept in horrible condition. How could 7 Eleven tolerate this? Japanese companies are supposed to run their establishments with pride but this 7 Eleven is an embarrassment. Update (Second visit): Once again there was absolutely no hot food. I asked about it this time and the employee told me that they make it on demand and it only takes five minutes. This is not how is supposed to be. 7-Eleven is a convenience store where hot food is ready to be picked up upon arrival. I expect better from a subsidiary store of Seven&I Holdings. The area manager needs to do better.
The store is clean and well stocked. The only inconvenient thing about it is that they restrict the entrance to the rear of the store even though they have an entrance door on 2 other sides of the store.
Today I used my rewards on part of my purchase. The points were claimed but I was charged full price, when I told the clerk about thisall he said was "I cant look back at the receipts". I hadn't even gotten to my car. I used to spend $50+ a month at the Fairview location but I'm done with you. An annoying start to my saturday night and garbage customer service
Went in to the store to buy a $250 pre-paid visa card. I repeatedly asked the cashier to make sure the card is activated properly as I needed to use the card asap. Upon returning home I found that the card was not only inactive, but also completely suspended. So now ive gotta wait 5 buisness days for a new one to be shipped in. This puts me in an awful spot. Awfully incompetent service.
