Had a terrible experience here on the weekend. Tried to make a purchase and was told that I would be charged to use visa. Not usually a problem for me, but when I asked how much, the employee seemed to stop and think about how much she wanted to charge. She then said 50 cents for a purchase that was $7. Doesn't seem right that they get to choose how much service charge when there are guidelines for this. And when asked me to pay with cash and I told her I didn't have any she proceeded to lean over the counter and look into my wallet. Extremely untrustworthy.
Unimpressed with new management. The former lady who ran it ALWAYS guaranteed her product - your balloon had a leak, she replaced if you purchased from her. My balloon deflated by the time I got home. I went back and asked what I could do; acted like it was the biggest inconvenience but begrudgingly filled it again. It deflated immediately again. Normally they’d have offered a replacement. It’s not my fault a $16.99 balloon has a leak! Went to Party City and got a replacement. Been getting all our birthday balloons there for over a decade. They need consider the customer service aspect of running the business as I won’t be back.
Horrible place ever since the new owners took over there's no inventory and they don't have any idea where anything is or any knowledge about what there selling
Found some birthday cards for cheap. They had a decent selection of reasonable cards and some of the giant oversize cards which can be harder to find. Friendly. Not a big store. I'm happy with what I was able to find.
Terrible experience. The store was dirty, unorganized and way over priced. Plus the woman who owned the store was extremely rude to me. I will not be going back.
