Iain was hired to deal with my dryer venting as I could tell by the prolonged dry time for my clothing that something was amiss with my venting. Iain arrived on time. Very pleasant fellow. Showed me testing device results before and after service. Requested permission and quoted small added cost before replacing a connecting vent piece that connects back of dryer to wall venting and has always been a cause for profanity when moving our dryer at all. Showed me photos of what my roof vent looked like (plugged Basically....). Provided us with recommendation for a planned cleaning time going forward to avoid fire hazard. Very satisfied.
Iain did great, thorough work cleaning our dryer vent on the second floor and repairing/improving 3 outdoor vents. I’ve completed my “winter is coming” projects, thanks to good work by Iain!
