Brought him a main board from my Vizio TV. A part had fallen off the PCB and there was no label on it. I soldered it back on and it fell off again. So I gave it to him to repair. I asked to replace the part. He made excuses for not needing a new part that he will fix it for 60 bucks. He did the same thing I did and it fell off once it heated up. We agreed that I will bring him my TV to find out what is causing it. Then he ghosted me. Rotten tooth liar. I should have trusted my instinct. I found the part and replaced it for 8 bucks. TV works great.
Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at MJ Electronics. The power supply on my tv blew up, and Jay was able to diagnose and repair the device in less than a day at a very reasonable cost! He quickly resolved the issue and provided us with exceptional service. Definitely recommend.
When I called to ask about looking at my tv Jay told me he would not charge me to look at it , after he looked at it he suddenly required payment . Shady business practice , transparency is important. I have no problem paying for the service when you tell me up front. Don’t offer no charge to quote and then change your mind afterwards . .
Absolutely wasted my time! Very unprofessional! Very rude rip me off $40 for checking my unit! Doesn’t know how to treat their customer! And he doesn’t care! I think he make his money by telling the unit cannot be fix! Please stay clear of this person! Just wasted my money and my time! Telling me in my face my machine is garbage? Not even attempting to fix it! The only problem my machine had is to replace the ejection system which is simple enough for any repair man! Good luck for his business! I deeply regret going to this place! I lost $40 for nothing!
Brought my playstation in they told me they were back logged and would call me in a few days once they could run diagnostics. They called me not even an hour later saying it needed a new hdmi port and would cost over three hundred dollars. I declined and brought it home. Turns out it only needed a new hdmi CORD the port was fine and they knew that as soon as they pluged it in!! They not o ly wasted my time but tried to rip me off! The worst part they rebooted my playstation and i LOST EVERYTHING!!! Scammers!!!!!
Not recommended....period I went with my husband on our way to niagara to drop off our not working Sony led tv, it stoped working all the sudden, the place is in the back of the building no front store, sketchy business, the owner is very rude and wasn't customer oriented, I personally won't go back or recommend it for a friend or a family
