What an incredible Fall Dinner & Dance for the Italian Canadian Club of Burlington! ?✨ Huge thanks to Alex and his amazing team for making the night unforgettable. From the moment our guests arrived, everything was perfect — the beautiful piano music, the delicious hors d’oeuvres, and the welcoming atmosphere. ? The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was blown away by the gorgeous antipasto board, and the salmon and chicken piccata were out of this world. ?️ It was such a thoughtful touch having the staff come around to offer seconds (though I doubt anyone had room!). Every detail was spot on — nothing was missed. Thank you again, Alex and team! Can’t wait to work with you for our next event. ?
Atrium and Alex saved our wedding. We were originally to hold our wedding reception at Michaelangelos, but they shut their doors and left us in the dust 3 months before our wedding. We found Alex and Atrium and thank god we did. He was able to accommodate the items we had chosen with Michaelangelos but elevated them and gave us more. He offered packages we didn't think we would be able to have, including a bridal suite with breakfast and a space to get ready and a partnership with a hotel and shuttle for our guests, amongst many other things. He was patient and understanding with us as we were going through a devastating and stressful time loosing our original venue. Alex is prompt, communicative and wants to hear your opinions and concerns. His staff are friendly and organized. The food was absolutely amazing during our wedding, our guests were blown away. The recent renovations he has invested in the reception area really elevates the space and adds a modern and beautiful vibe to the night. Our wedding was saved, but Atrium also brought us so much more than we dreamed of originally. We are truly appreciative. We highly recommend hosting your wedding reception and other events at Atrium!
We hosted our annual HR Summit in the Halton Room and had a great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the venue itself is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the day even more enjoyable.
A drunk barman who offered our 16 year old guests money to dance for him, offered them alcohol, swore at my son’s girlfriend for bringing her boyfriend to the party, said to one young guest that if he was younger “he would smash”, used abusive language towards his co-workers in front of us, refused to serve our guests the mocktails I had carefully prepared and agreed menus for, leered at the girls from the bar as they danced, and helped himself to alcohol as he served. Everything captured on CCTV and verified by Atrium management. In addition, the food came out late as the kitchen struggled to keep up with servicing the two events running simultaneously. There were frantic calls to Alex from the waiting staff to ask how to keep the food warm as they didn’t have enough burners available. From the start the admin/planning had been haphazard and frustrating. Alex had promised to be there that weekend, but neither I or staff could locate him before the event started. Of course, the barman was fired.That was the least they could have done. We were offered another event/private dinner - an offer that could be easily absorbed by their profit margins and in addition create for them the potential for a marketing opportunity. Ever the salesman. They refused to entertain the idea of a refund for the poor service received. Not a good experience.
The Atrium Boutique catered my grandmother’s 98th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. Delivery and set-up were seamless and stress-free, and they were extremely accommodating with our family’s dietary requirements. The food was outstanding—truly restaurant-quality dishes that everyone loved. My grandmother can’t cook big family meals anymore, but hosting is so important to her. Thanks to Atrium, she was able to share that same special experience with us again. We couldn’t be more grateful!
If I could zero stars, I would. This venue was a nightmare- unprofessional staff and manager, broken promises, poor service, and even offensive behavior toward the bride. Guests were left without chairs. They ruined what should have been one of the happiest nights of our daughter's lives. Avoid this place at all costs
Fred and I have talked about our wedding so many times. We have argued about it and still do. Let me begin with what went wrong. I honestly don’t even know where to begin Fred and I arrived at our suite for the night before the wedding to find out our room was not the one we had expected. It was not what we agreed upon. We had a bridal suite with broken air conditioning. It was a waste for the hairdresser. The bridal boutique you recommended mis measured my dress and I had to buy one off the rack! The food was removed from our suite on the day of the wedding and not returned as asked. The limo driver was telling me to call the photographer tho I had made arrangements with her personally You, Alex rushed us thru our shoot to get back No highchair set up for my grandson as arranged No drinks for us on our table as expected NO OUTSIDE BAR SERVICE AS arranged You asked guests of ours to leave Food was here and there. Some loved it. Some thought it was awful and some had undercooked chicken I ordered a vegetarian option and what I received was different from what my guests vegetarian option was. DJ provided did not play ANYTHING we asked and not only that, we should have had a pianist for the cocktail hour. We didn’t . I could still be forgetting some but I’m sure you can get the theme. I am shocked how the reviews are so positive when we got such a terrible experience. Did I mention how we still argue about it. I would have been better off going to City Hall!!!! You guys knew it too. We didn’t get an invite back for our first anniversary to enjoy our dinner back in the suite. I could seriously add to this without doubt. These are just off the top of my head! I would NEVER recommend anyone to you!!!!
