i’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and the service has always been exceptional but today i came in ordered two meals came home and found only my onion rings and no fries i called to sort it out i paid for both and i got met with an argument and rude behaviour form the worker my receipt said i ordered fries but he was adamant i didn’t eventually telling me to come in where he continued to argue with me about my fries and tried to get me to pay for a second order as well i understand mistakes happen but the service here has been getting worst and worst this is very disappointing as the food is always solid and the service used to be exceptional
My favourite burger spot! I first tried at their Etobicoke location, and today I visited their Burlington spot — same amazing experience and same top-quality burgers. Consistent taste, juicy patties, and great service every time! Highly recommend!
I couldn’t even get to order food there because it is literally the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen! Dear management, it definitely needs a renovation or something!
Mr.Jack makes a fantastic burger. Competitive prices compared to most burger chains and high quality meat and ingredients. We got the Mushroom Melt and Ringer Burger, which were perfectly flavourful and crispy. They have yummy sauces.The restaurant is small , don't know if id dine in, but Mr Jacks is the perfect takeout burger spot
Stopped by Mr. Jack’s for a quick bite and left full and satisfied. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries, a Greek grilled chicken wrap, mozzarella sticks, a can of pop, and an extra order of fries. Everything came out in about 10 minutes, and the portions were no joke—each fry order looked like half a bag, and they were crispy and delicious! The burger was decent, and the grilled chicken wrap was pretty good too. This is a small, no-frills storefront restaurant, so seating is limited, but they make it work. I also appreciated the small sink up front for customers to wash their hands. Service was super friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a quick, simple, and satisfying meal without the gimmicks, Mr. Jack’s hits the spot.

Recently dined at Mr. Jack's and had their incredible Double Cheeseburger. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patty, generous melted cheese, fresh toppings, and a soft yet sturdy bun. Portions were ample, service was excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended for burger lovers!
