My son in law referred me to this restaurant which I didn’t know existed; it’s only a 6- minute drive away from the house. So after Sunday service, hubby and I ate lunch here. The restaurant was still empty, it’s clean, well lit and all the food was displayed nicely. Looking into the already cooked food, turo turo style, you just place your order one at a time. I asked the server if each order was good to share and he agreed. The food was good, tasted authentic Pinoy. While we were eating lunch, there were a few people who came in to buy to-go. I also overheard phone calls who placed orders. Customer service was excellent, servers were polite and friendly. I was happy to find this restaurant and I will be back!

Walking along the Mountainside trail, my local Filipino restaurant is a beacon for a nice, casual snack or meal. It feels warm and festive in there, with the staff always smiling and polite. It is lively with families enjoying their Kamayan style meals on weekends. The food is consistently delicious. Their empanadas have become a staple at our house and at parties. Catering available!

My fiancée & I recently experienced the exceptional food and service from Mikaela's Kitchen. We were fortunate that Mikaela's Kitchen came to London, Ontario, for Fiesta Extravaganza. I hope they will return next year! We tried the Crispy Siopao, Pork Isaw, Chicken Barbeque, and Pancit Bihon. Each dish was a culinary delight! We highly recommend Mikaela's Kitchen. Thank you! Salamat!

I called to order Turon and Lumpia for pick up the next day to bring to family BBQ. They took my name and phone number and confirmed that the order will be ready on our agreed upon time. I asked whether they need any more information (visa, etc.) and they said no and that’s all they need. The next day my husband came to pick up the order but found out they didn’t have it at all and asked him to wait for 30 mins so they can make it. We didn’t have time for that! We ordered it in advance for a reason. Very disappointing since I was hoping I can order from this place for future event catering but they are unreliable. Please beware when ordering from this place for your events.

Me and friends recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and were impressed by the ambiance, which had a nice Filipino vibe. However, the menu prices were exorbitant, $8 for a single chicken or pork skewer is ridiculous given the portion size plus the weird sour taste. The kare-kare consists of thinly sliced beef, which left me underwhelmed. That type of cut and meat is definitely not for that dish. The bagoong "pill"-sized portion makes us laugh. I understand that there may be limited Filipino dining options in the area, but we drove for 45 minutes. I know a restaurant in the mountains that is much more worth a drive, I can remember their big chick or pork skewers for $4 and taste authentic Filipino. Lechon kawali combo: $7 or $8. Overall, I'd suggest reevaluating the pricing and portions, especially the quality, if they want to remain competitive.

Me and my friend came here last weekend as we are craving for some Filipino food! We are always a little skeptical to go to filipino restaurants as we have a particular taste that we look for. However, Mikaela’s kitchen is one of the filipino restaurants we will come back to! Ambiance gives a “homie” vibe which I like. Their service is good and their serving /pricing is fair. We ordered sisig (we love that it is served on a sizzling plate with fresh raw eggs), pinakbet (squash/ vegetable) and rolled pork belly. All of which taste amazing! Tried their karyoka too, very good :) we need more filipino restaurants like this out west :) thank you for the yummy food. Cant wait to try other dishes

We tried Mikaela's kitchen this week for lunch. It's off the beaten path but well worth the drive. The Leehon Kawali was good (although I have nothing to compare it too, first time for fried pork belly), but was good and crispy and had great dipping sauce. The Miki Bihon was delicious! Great flavour, peppery, lots of veg and chicken and a huge portion. So far it's at least 3 meals for me. We will be going back to try some different items. Very much recommend ?
