This is a David & Goliath story for sure! We had a large corporation come and look at minor problem with our furnace. They suggested we needed a new one! We called Halton Heating and Gas, a local business in Burlington. They repaired it & offered a substantial discount in the even we needed a new furnace. Jay and his crew are outstanding, fair, pleasant, thorough and punctual. You will not be disappointed.
I would recommend Halton Heating every time. Top rating from speed of responding to friendliness to expertise. Everything you could want. Justin took the time to explain to me how my fireplace works which was extremely helpful.

We are so grateful to have found Jay and his team. A google search for a licensed gas technician and a late evening call to Jay helped to ease my concerns after a twisted gas pipe was discovered in our basement ceiling. Jay took the time to speak with me about my concerns and planned to come take care of our issue immediately (on a weekend!). Jay not only fixed the gas pipe in our ceiling for the amount he had quoted me for but he also fixed our gas fireplace at no charge! It is clear that Jay really cares about his customers.
