First time meetup no Dr. Jarome this evening while she was running the after hours clinic. First impressions were great she made some jokes and made me feel very comfortable. She also seemed genuinely concerned and curious about what was going on with me. A pleasant experience all around.
Dr. Jerome has been my doctor for many years. Since the beginning of time. Her care, sensitivity and her ability to make an anxious person relax does not go unnoticed. Though I don't see her often, each time I have she has been professional, caring and most importantly, she has been a healer. Let me say that again.. she has healed me every single time. She asks the right questions, she observes and she takes her time. Thank you Dr. Jerome for caring for us.
Hello Dr. Jerome, attempting to reach you. My dad is on his death bed we have called your office for a prescription refill. Spoke to your staff but can’t seem to get you. I see you answer your Google reviews so you must be there… can you please call in my dad’s prescription to the pharmacy. Connect with your staff, they took the phone calls. My Mom called Dr. Jerome’s office two weeks ago Tuesday, explained the urgency to get a repeat prescription for dad’s nausea medication, was told Dr. Jerome was out of the office. Mom called back the following Friday and was told same thing. We kept calling the pharmacy to ask if they received the prescription from the doctor. Just yesterday, May 10th, still no word from the doctor. The pharmacy also tried to reach the doctor. The pharmacy has agreed to prepare a supply of medication for the next couple days until Dr. Jerome could call in the prescription. My dad is on his last days, has a difficult time keeping any food down and these nausea pills are the only thing helping him. We have expressed the urgency to the doctor’s office. I should hope this is not the treatment all her patients receive.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jerome for about 15 years now and she is not only a magnificent doctor, but she's a wonderful person! She gives each of her patients time to explore their concerns and her bedside manner is impeccable. She truly cares about her patients and my family and I are grateful that we have her as our physician. Thank you Dr. Jerome!
Dr Jerome is one of the best doctors I've had. She genuinely cares for your health and well being. She has excellent bedside manners, and is very thorough with her patients. She is also my child's doctor, and she is great with her. Her staff are excellent, and very accommodating. I'd highly recommend Dr Jerome.
