The people at this facility are top-notch! They took me in right away and fixed the glass on my firestove. They gave me lots of instruction on how to keep the glass intact and they were prompt in fixing my problem. I would recomment them to anyone!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. I called this company for help with a cracked window in my home. The technician came, took measurements, and gave me a very reasonable explanation: water had likely gotten inside the glass, then froze in the cold weather, which caused it to crack. I appreciated his honesty. I told him I needed that explanation written down so I could show it to my landlord — just a simple sentence in the email or quote. Days later, I get the quote: no notes, no explanation, nothing. So I called to follow up, hoping they could just add a sentence. Instead, I got transferred to Craig, the owner — and I swear to you, I’ve never experienced such disgusting, arrogant behavior from a business owner in my life. He picked up the phone with no hello, no courtesy — just a hostile, dismissive tone. When I asked if he could include the technician’s explanation in writing, he snapped, saying, “The technician isn’t the owner. He can say what he wants. I’m not writing anything.” I was stunned. I tried to stay calm, to explain why I needed it — but he kept cutting me off, talking down to me like I was nothing. I reminded him he’s the one who sent that technician, and if he doesn’t trust the person representing his company, that’s his problem — not mine. And then… he hung up on me. This man runs a business with zero respect for people. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Just pure ego, defensiveness, and contempt. If you care about being treated with basic human decency — if you believe people deserve respect, especially when they’re asking for something so small and reasonable — then stay as far away from this company as you can. No one should ever have to feel the way I felt after that call. Let this review be a warning. There are better companies out there — ones who won’t treat you like an inconvenience, or worse, like you don’t matter.
We highly recommend Braniff glass for any work you need done. Milan was quick to come and measure, professional and very friendly. Pricing was reasonable and workmanship spot on. Not a big job this time, but will use them in the future. Thankyou to the whole team for your fast service!
