We have attended for gymnastics a few years now and the facility is spotless the coaches are engaging and supportive. I always have the most happy girl! We’ve had 2 birthday parties at the facility and Mela is a pleasure to deal with. All details for the included food and drink are confirmed prior to the party and even some lovely balloons and birthday decor were provided! The structured gym time and planned activities ensured the girls made the most of their time in the Gym which is a generous amount and I knew they were safe and in great hands! Really a wonderful experience. Wonderful people and facility! Highly Recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was so disappointed with this place. I brought my child there for their summer program only to find out that they made her sit out for most of it because she has trouble focusing. It was extremely discouraging for her and really made her feel down and bad about herself. It broke my heart. She loved gymnastics before this place. Every 2 seconds she was cartwheeling somewhere and now she has stopped completely. This place needs to do better for these kids and learn to empower them instead of shut them down. Especially if you are hosting summer camps. Do your kid a favour and don’t go here.
The gym itself is run fine. However they are rude and intimidating. Also very unreasonable as we had a family emergency and really needed a refund. The season had not even started yet and we asked for a refund the day after paying. The owner refused to give the money back. Reasonably, if we were into the season, this would be fair. Asking for a refund one day after payment and before the start of the season is more than fair. Gym magic won’t be getting our business anymore.
Can't say enough about the staff at Gym Magic. Even for the young kids they coach and its not just busy time. Great place to take your kids.
