We've done classes, drop-ins & most recently a birthday party. I'd recommend all of the above. The birthday was great & easy for parents...the coaches helped set-up, were very flexible with our group of ~3 year olds and there are some party supplies included. Easy peasy! The kiddos had a great time.
We hosted our son’s 2nd birthday party there recently and it was great. The staff was very organized and helpful with set-up and take down. Some changes I would recommend moving forward would be: - ask parents if the party should run like a class or just free-play. Our son is 2, and so are many of the other children we invited, they don’t have the attention span to sit for a warm up/stretch - allowing more than 10 minutes of set up prior to the start of the party. 30 minutes would be better - it would be nice to include food/drink options in the birthday packages. It would be easy to include some party pizzas or something to take some of the planning away from stressed parents. Overall the experience was great, we’ll definitely do it again!
We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff were amazing and accommodated a wide variety of ages during the gymnastics class. They served our food, cleaned up for us, and everything. The party room was perfect. Best part is it was quiet and not overstimulating for the parents. My daughter had an amazing time and we’d definitely do it again!
If I could give a 0 star review I would for customer service alone. I was informed my son got into their class from the wailist, and I let them know I’d love to take the spot & that provided the short notice we are already away this wknd and would need to have the membership start a week later. Rather than responding to my email, they simply went ahead and charged my credit card (which they had on file from a prior membership) without my permission for the full amount. When I asked them to call me to address this, I was told they were reversing my transaction and giving the spot to another child. The very basics of customer service were completely negated in this interaction by the owner, as well as the manager. Very disappointing.
We had out daughter's 5th birthday here and it was amazing! The value was great, but even better was the fantastic process - from the welcome, to the classes, the party set up and clean up, it was an easy and simple process. Would definitely recommend!
We recently had our son's 5th birthday party at Gymalaya Burlington. It was such a great afternoon! The coaches were wonderful with the kids and so helpful with party set up and clean up. Thank you so much! Highly recommend for a stress-free party experience!
I got a say that this place has superb customer service. The lady on the phone was very easy to talk to. She didn't rush me, answered all my questions. I had to cancel a class very last minute, I didn't expect them to reschedule it but they were very accommodating. My daughter loved the class. If you value a place that's not money hungry, this is the place to go.
