For me, a dangerous location, so much I want to buy. It's the kind of place I can wander the aisles and find something fun, your cheese, butter and dairy section have a lot to offer, great bread, seafood, obviously health and wellness sections. Most importantly, friendly and helpful staff, your cashiers always ensure you leave with a positive exchange and experience. That said, this particular location is a little special, they go above and beyond.
Goodness Me is one of my favorite places to shop in Burlington. From the moment you walk in, there’s that familiar scent of fresh, healthy food and the warm energy of people who genuinely care about what they do. I shop here almost every week, and the staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. On a recent visit, I met Mark, who went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I was struck by how thoughtfully he listened and how sincerely he wanted to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He’s focused on his work and clearly wants to do it well, a person with real integrity. It’s encouraging to meet someone who takes pride in what they do, and it reminds me how important it is that we all support each other when we see that kind of effort. The store always feels uplifting, from the great selection to the cinnamon buns I can never resist. Thank you to everyone at Goodness Me for creating such a positive and welcoming space.

Purchased a Too Good to Go bag last fall. The sandwich was so hard I could not even bite into it. All of the breads were rock hard. This bag should have been disposed of not sold. Tried to reheat for 30 seconds with a moist paper towel. Still rock hard.
Good competition against Whole Foods but Goodness Me lacks some of the items you’ll find at WF. GM is a much smaller store but has unique items that WF does not have, so if you’re looking for variety, come here!! One minor downside is that the Hot Bar is not self serve so you’re at the mercy of the mood of whoever is scooping your food. I wish there were some more refrigerated coffee options too, maybe they can look into that for 2024.
I've been going to this place for years and overall I would say it is definitely the go-to place for organic goods. Sure, they drove me crazy over the pandemic with their accommodation of unmasked patrons, but what are you going to do, those were crazy times, and we all went a little crazy ourselves, right! So now that things are more normal-ish, in that regard, I find they are doing a great job with providing consumers with a variety of options, and have also endeavored to support Canadian suppliers, by increasing their provision of non-USA options, which I really appreciate and support. The other major issue I find they have done a good job with is their pricing. Yes, their prices have gone up along with everyone else, but I find it is at a much lower proportion, compared to pre-pandemic prices, when compared to the Big Chain stores, whose prices have gone up astronomically, and with regularity. In my experience Goodness Me has done a much better job in this regard, and I will therefore continue to support and recommend them!
Wow, ordered online and going on 5 days with no one providing me with any shipping details. I've emailed 2 times , message through Facebook, and tried calling their online number which says there is a 'server error'. I even left a message with the local store to see if they can help...no one answers phones. I have no idea where my groceries are and I find it hard to believe there isn't one person to respond. Get your stuff together Goodness Me. Horrible experience.
