We order frequently- she is amazing consistently exceeding expectations. Best part is she puts her heart and soul to cooking like how we cook for family. Kudos to her dedication. Best part is many times we also ask her for breakfast and chai and she never disappoints. Must try our fav is vada pav and dhabeli and her special chai
Shruti’s Kitchen is an absolute gem! I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and every experience has been fantastic. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with love—you can truly taste the homemade touch in every bite. The Dabeli, Vada Pav, and Khaman Khokla are some of our absolute favorites—authentic, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. You just can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. On top of the amazing food, the service is warm and professional. Orders are always ready on time, neatly packed, and handled with care. Shruti’s Kitchen is our go-to for homestyle Indian snacks and meals done right. Highly recommend!
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I don’t understand how this place has 4+ stars. Maybe it used to be good, but my experience was terrible across the board. I’ll elaborate: 1. I ordered Khandvi and it had human hair in it 2. I ordered 20 Kachoris, and 4 of them were absolutely burnt 3. I ordered Hara Bhara Kabab, and it instead of being golden brown and green, it was border line black. Again, burnt 4. After giving feedback that she’s burning food, she overpromised for next order and significantly underdelivered 5. She lied about the size of Hara Bhara Kabab, it’s not a small standard-sized kabab, it’s like a large tikki/patties. It was so thick it was raw/undercooked inside. Wrong size also led to unnecessarily large order, ton of leftover, and overpaying 6. The service was so bad too, there was penny pinching, zero acceptance of bad quality, borderline conning behaviour I think Shruti is expert at overcooking food, lacks customer service, and creates very poor atmosphere in dealing with her.
Amazing food always. We have been using her services for many years and the flavors and consistency is bang on. Love their kachoris, samosas, tikki , sabudan tikki, pakoras and khaman the most. Also uses good quality ingredients and home made paneer, chutney etc which is very important to us
Worst experience ever. Food is undoubtedly good, but her dealing with clients is terrible. So if you have any big plans please do make sure of confirming everything with her by yourself so many times, otherwise she will change the arrangements last moment and then she calls you and yells on phone and blame it on you. I have never seen such a hospitality in canada. Highly disappointed with her.
Delicious food. Shruti is so accommodating we were very late to order food for that day and we just passing through, but she still gave us pav bhaji, dabeli and kachori. All the food was very yummy and really fresh. Would love to order from you again when we visit Canada.
