I have brought many pieces to Kris Jewellers in the last year for repair and both Asha and Kris have never let me down. Most recently I brought my engagement ring in as I felt that my band was thinning, Kris took my ring and brought it back to what it was 32 years ago and it was stunning! They are both very helpful & professional and you can see how much pride Kris takes in his work. Thank you very much !
What a GREAT experience. They care about their customers here. It shows. So friendly and kind, and really just made me feel at ease. I brought them a broken, unwearable ring, that was very precious to me (gifted from deceased grandparents) and what they gave me back brought tears to my eyes. The difference from old to new is nothing short of astonishing. I wish I had a before pic bc this ring was mangled. This was not just a basic repair either. I wanted to add gold to thicken the band, as well as size it for a specific finger. This was done EXACTLY as I asked, for a very reasonable cost. 10/10 recommend these lovely people. Support people who run small local business, like these. These people need us, and we need them!
