Visits to their beautiful, yet functional Showroom really helped us put it all together! Ron and Rudina work seamlessly as a team. Precise and accurate measurements, pre-construction plans and pictures, as well as detailed proposals and quotations are all included in how they conduct their business. Their follow-up and follow-through actions were professional and thorough. They were available, they communicated regularly, and they made it a point to be on site at strategic times of delivery and installation or upon request. They earned our trust, and they delivered all and more than they promised! On a personal note, they are kind, pleasant, patient and they listen! It was a pleasure to work with them!
I reached out to Ron about a unique kitchen project that requires some professional help. His initial responses were prompt and friendly, and I was very excited about working with him and his team! I submitted photos and measurements at his request, and was told he would provide a quote the following week. However, months have passed — with multiple follow-ups on my end — and I have yet to hear back from Ron. I would have preferred a firm response, even if it were to decline my project, rather than being completely ghosted. My high hopes and expectations have turned into disappointment.

This place is anything but affordable. In fact, if you don't have a job that is minimum $20,000, they won't even quote you. I tried to get a quote for their sales reps and he pushed me to get new flooring and new appliances - even though they were new! All of this of course to make the job worthwhile. The owner then followed up with me, I informed him of my concerns and maybe even proceed - and he didn't even return my email! Went to Home Depot and they quoted me $15,000 - and they are supposed to be more expensive! Go elsewhere.
