I came for a small garden bed project and was super impressed with the selection of materials. Ridley was so patient and helpful. He made the selection, order and pick up process easy and seamless. I so excited to get started on my home project. So happy we found this place! Highly recommended.
Friendly staff, and always tend to help with the projects. I am not a contractor, so sometimes I need product ideas to finish rhe maintenance work around my house and they provide that, way better than home depot. Staff outside, always there to help as well, and I understand they may have a hectic day and they sit around to rest a little, please don't think they're lazy, they do heavy work and some days are better than others. Just be patient. Parking is easy, and material pickup is a breeze compared to home depot. Easy access to Walker Line driveway both in and out. QEW is one street up to hop on a highway. I have also picked items in bulk, like sand, pea gravel, river rocks etc., and never had problem. Half cube is what a half ton truck takes, please don't push the bucket driver to dump more, safety first. Most importantly, they can take orders over the phone, and deliver it to your door steps. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other bog box stores. Keep up the good work.
We stopped into the store to buy firewood and the clerk said they were only able to sell salt. Seems ridiculous that they wouldn’t make the sale. Last time we go to Hamilton Building Supply. Disappointed past customer. Business must not be hurting Hamilton Building Supply.
The staff was great no problem with anything like that but the dirt I ordered was for the grass and for garden beds and it look like it came from a building site. It didn’t stay rich it clumped like mud after a couple of days was just not a good quality. Unfortunately, I had some left over and I couldn’t even give it away
If i could give a zero I would. Went in looking for a single patio stone. One person told me they had it. Another said they didn’t. I was sent on a random goose chase around the whole yard. Only to find out they didnt have the stone. Spend over an hour there. Worst customer service ever
Russ was awesome in the back. Helped me calculate my load so I wouldn't get tickets on some materials I wasent sure about. Russ needs a raise! Doesn't just drop dirt he makes sure yoir safe as well! Thanks!
Lucas and Anthony assisted us in picking rockery for our garden. They were extremely helpful and managed to rearrange the entire rock pile in order to select 12 perfect rocks for us.
