It does the job. The place was fairly clean with a vending machine for snacks and for detergent and stuff. Its a pretty small place and most if not all machines were either "reserved for staff" or they were out of order.
Did my laundry today and I'm happy with pricing and outcome..few machines were out of service but there were plenty to choose from still, and for $3.50 you can wash a decent load and dry for 4 bucks (I used 2 dryers). There's a coin change machine, drink and snack machine and plenty of parking
Amazing staff, great facility. I always make sure to stop here when I'm in town for work. The staff goes out of their way to ensure great customer service. If you want to feel pampered, this is the place to consider for wash and fold service.
Lovely, helpful staff. Facility is small though, not many machines and there’s always ones out of service. It’s usually difficult to get machines because the staff are using the machines too. Rarely a smooth experience.
I have been using their pick-up and delivery service for about a year. The folding service is neat, laundry outcome is good, and both of the delivery men are very nice. I highly recommend their service.
You lost a regular client today. First, the complete washer load ran for 34 minutes without water, took my money, and the clothes were not washed. Then after I convinced the staff member to give me a refund, I had to spend another 34 minutes to wash the same load in a different machine. But then, all 7 functional dryers were being used to dry service loads, by the staff, not a single dryer was available for customers in the laundromat. I took my wet laundry elsewhere to use a dryer.
