Wonderful experience working with Robinson for our bathroom remodel, especially Reham. She is so pleasant and has a wonderful sense of humour. Reham was extremely helpful on my multiple visits to the showroom and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
Purchased these two beautiful light fixtures from Robinson's Burlington location. Both Rody and Yuri were so very helpful - we were very pleased with their wonderful assistance and going the extra step to get us the right fixtures.
We shopped Robinson’s several times in the fall of 2021 eventually purchasing 9 new fixtures for our renovation project. Yep, beautiful store, good selection, smiling faces behind the masks. Although more expensive than most other stores we visited (perhaps 10% on average) we were convinced they would deliver the best value, service, etc. We spent well over $10,000., waited several weeks for delivery and then asked if they could suggest an installer. After almost 3 months (and after contacting 4 of their suggested installers) we still have 2 lights to install, one other dangling by a tether over the stairs, and no one from the store is ready to help. The installers were a joke, one couldn’t even read an electrical diagram (we had to return the light he tried to hang for repairs), the others either had no equipment….or simply ignored the requests. The store has simply walked away, no help, no suggestions. We’ve been polite, never harsh, paid the installers for their sub par work. We only asked for guidance….with none forthcoming. For an operation to take this stance seems unreasonable in this day and age. This weekend we will return the remaining fixtures (still unopened), and shop elsewhere…..unless you are an electrician, or handy at installing fixtures in high places, I would stay away from this operator…..spend your money somewhere where they appreciate your business and are willing to assist.
Rody did such an amazing job helping up choose the fixtures for our new cottage. She has such a relaxed helpful approach and made the experience very enjoyable. She looked at our plans and photos and selected beautiful fixtures which help bring the outside in and allow the light to flow through our space. The kitchen pendants are so modern and sleek. At sunset the beautiful dining room fixture takes on the colour of the sunset. Such an unexpected detail that makes us so happy! Have a look at the photos! Thank you so much Rody!

Great selection of light fixtures and plumbing.Some are even from Europe.I though I have to go to Toronto to find fixtures for my new house but I managed to buy everything from Robinson.I was assisted by Yuri and he made whole process of selection and purchase easy and fun.

The sales representative Nathan D'Souza is an absolute pleasure to work with and made our selection process a breeze when outfitting our new home with 4 chandeliers. He was patient, accommodating and very resourceful, always keeping our budget top of mind. He even went out of his way to come and measure our space and provide expert opinion on lighting for our home. We would never shop anywhere else for our lighting needs and highly recommend them.
