Went to the store in the mall this morning, it was supposed be open at 11 but it wasn't s8 I came back later. The young lady working was not interested in helping me at all. I asked her for a bra in my size which was a 36 inch band and the cups were too small so eventually she came to the change room and I asked for a larger cup and she brought me 1 that was 30 inches, I just left
I have not been shopping at this store at all but oddly being asked to review by Google. If I get to go shopping here I can post a review based on my experience then.
Incompetent staff and manager. Received email to pick up item I had ordered and pd for, warned if left 14 days will be returned. Staff informed after looking for 10 mins she couldn't find it, wanted me to tell her what was in order, name on order and order #. Still couldn't find it and called manager, manager relayed to staff pkg wasn't delivered and come back after Monday when it will be delivered. I asked to speak to manager who was rude and told me to come back. I asked for pen and paper to write down manager # and staff opened drawer behind her and there is my pkg. So I would have left( I don't live in Burlington) to have to return another day because of staff incompetence. Lack of training as I had to pull out my order sheet as she couldn't find in system.
I am 83 years old and wanted a proper bra fitting .Had seen this store in the mall so was giving it a try. What a disappointment. The sale person was very lack luster. What I asked for was a fitting and a bra without wires. She gave me one that was way to big and then another one which was a proper size but not exactly what I wanted. They only had the color black. I decided to go with the fitting one. When I came home she had given me the big one. I am more then 30 min. away and now have to back and return the big bra. Not impressed.
Was assisted by Angie today and she was super helpful and knowledgeable! Had a great chat and really appreciated the friendly service. Look forward to revisiting this location again
I went in to browse to see what they had in my size. I have shopped there before. I noticed all of the bras were really really large cup size (G-H). So I asked what bras they would have in my size and I gave her 2 sizes that I have worn in the past. The salesperson told me they’re European sizes, which I said I understood as I’ve shopped there before. I said i just wanted to browse but she then started trying to push me into a bra fitting and when I said I knew my approximate size, she got huffy. Like seriously… I am the customer! I asked which of the bras that were on the display came in my size and she didn’t even give me a straight answer. If I knew which bras were in my size then maybe I would have gone for the fitting but I just walked out annoyed. Never going back to that location. It’s too bad though because they are the only ones who have my size.
Angie was very kind and so helpful! Amazing service and their bras and swimsuits are beautiful. Bought a bikini top and 2 bras. Such a great shopping experience, I'd give 6 stars if I could!!
