Store has a great selection of proper brands, including some that are hard to find in Canada. High Quality gear, not the cheap stuff you'd find online. Pricing is good for what you are getting. Yes some can be high, but these brands offer quality, craftsmanship, and their own warranties as well. But also a big selection of entry level gear as well. Most importantly, I found the owner was patient, knowledge, and very helpful with recommendations. Whether you are a gear head like me or just getting started, highly recommend this store especially with the holiday season coming up.
So impressed with Urban Traveller. Great staff; very friendly; very honest; willing to go the extra mile for repairs. They repaired my Briggs and Riley suitcase and my Delsey Carry-on while I waited. I was looking for a new laptop bag for work. Specifically, a backpack style. This place had a great selection and the staff was really helpful. I appreciated the small touches. They provided a little stand, on which I could place multiple bags and review their storage options. They provided a piece of foam so I could simulate my laptop for sizing purposes. They explained the product differences and materials. All the products were of high quality and their prices were aligned with the market. If you're looking for quality luggage, try here. You won't be disappointed.
