I am vegetarian and i have ordered online cauliflower bites..instead i got chicken bites. Nobody paid attention..then i had to wait as they said they will make another one. They actually promised to refund me and gave me free food. I really appreciate the effort they are making for 1 customer.
Finally got to try out Wings Up wings tonight. I was not impressed. I had the Tai wings. Below average flavour. Not crispy. Over priced. Fries were good. Wouldn't go back.
These people know nothing about customer service. Didn’t even care what customer is even saying. Not good behaviour of employees. Never recommend any offer. Always made me pay more than what I supposed to.
Update - Dec 2025: I typically only order wings in the cool weather and the last time I ordered would have been Spring 2025. I ordered again in Dec 2025 and sadly, the quality of their product had declined significantly. I was truly shocked at how small their wings are now - they used to be large and meaty but now they are no different than those you can get from any pizza place. I also want even acknowledged when I entered the store and had to practically yell at a staff member about my order sitting on a shelf getting cold. You've lost my business and I'm now looking for a better alternative. Previous review. I ordered wings from "Right Wingers" a few weeks ago as they had the greatest number of reviews and the highest overall Google rating - and they were fine. Today, I ordered from Wings up (Guelph Line) and they were fantastic! Cooked to perfection, largest wings I've had in recent memory - and for $21 I got a dozen wings, bottle of pop and potato wedges. Great deal, awesome wings, great price. Wings Up, you've just earned a happy and loyal customer - thanks!
Well I'm extremely shocked and have faith again in Wings up! Been a long time but tried them again tonight, was extremely pleased and wings couldn't have been better, well back wings up! Happy camper here

Ordered dinner for my daughter & I the other night. It's been a long time since I've had wings from here, what a disappointment.The physical size of wings are tiny, I couldn't believe it when I opened the box. So the size for the amount of money charged is ridiculous.We will never order from here again.

Really great Wings and buffalo bites! Great service as well. The very friendly guy at the front explained that they only use fresh real chicken, no fillers and they never use frozen chicken. Apparently that makes a huge difference and that's why everything is so delicious. Just thought I'd share this information for those who don't know. Wingsup you really should advertise this stuff!Anyway love the place. Definitely my number one spot to go to on my cheat day. Keep up the good work. :)
