The pizza here is fantastic but management decided to lose a customer today. I have ordered pizza from them nearly on a weekly basis for the last two years or so.Pizza is great, delivery people are great.Tried to order online today, but could not. Called, placed my order, told it would be approximately 40 mins. Sixty mins later no pizza. Called 75 mins after ordering and was told it would be there in 5 mins. Had to call back at 90 mins and this is when it went downhill. As I was talking with management delivery showed up. I told the manger I would not be paying for a pizza that took 90 mins to get to a location less than three kilometres away. Management then decided that they would lose a customer. They refused to give any discount and told me to give the pizza back to the delivery driver. They lost a loyal customer over a thirty dollar pizza.
Dine in. Had a medium size Deluxe pizza tonight. Our order was prepared quickly and the thin crust pizza was delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. Staff were friendly too. Will be back. Terry
I did a pizza taste test yesterday between Applestone and Industria since they're both in the same plaza. Applestone 7/10 very similar to Pizza Pizza in terms of dough and toppings. BTW.....Industria 11/10 if you've ever had a pizza from Son of a Peach, it's identical.
This is the BEST pizza place in Burlington. Absolutely perfect! Every time we order in the delivery is super fast with nice drivers. We recommend this Applestone pizza to all our friends and family
Decide to stop off and do a medium cheese pizza it was okay at best I mean I don't like any pizzas made on the conveyor oven. But it's always preference that's just my choice
Theres something about the pizza at Applestone Pizzeria that is unique and sets them above any of the many other pizza places that Ive tried. Seriously some of the best pizza Ive ever had! The tropical chicken and arugula pizzas are family favourites. Recommend the multigrain, regular crust with whatever pizza you choose.
Went here for lunch on a Friday. The service was fast. Not a lot of seating but we found a spot. The pizza was out of this world. We shared an arugula mascarpone pizza. It was well cooked with a good amount of toppings and was the best pizza I've had in ages.
The quality of this place has tanked, four weeks ago I ordered and got a very poor pizza. I order from here at least once a week so was unsure if I should say anything, I did and called in spoke with a manager who assured me it was a one time thing. I was given a 10$ credit for a 30$ pizza, the next week was slightly better, week after poor quality again. Last week when I ordered I told the person taking my order to make sure I got what I ordered, it was great as it had been before. This week I ordered and got the worst pizza I have ever got from them, so it was not a one time thing. The quality here has become the bottom of the pizza chain, a shame really it used to be a good place. Sum it up, its now the most expensive crappy pizza around.I spoke with the owner and he assured me this was not the new norm, Im very happy to say the owner made it right. Ive since ordered twice and both times its been absolutely delicious. The quality is what it was in the past and I have to say keep up the great pizza. Im happy to say its again the best pizza in the GTA.
Absolutely amazing pizza. We travel from Brampton just to get some. Highly recommended. Never any experience less than perfect. Amazing toppings! Plus the roasted garlic is, quite possibly, the best I've had in my life!
Worst service ever, deserves a 0 star rating. Ordered a pizza at 7:37, called to confirm at 8:30 and they assured me its on its way. 9:00 they closed and no pizza. Talk about garbage business. I am shocked, I will never order here again and I will make sure no one I know does either.
