I ve never had better service...anywhere! Very professional and always go the extra mile for me. Friendly and kind, served with a side order of smiles. My kind of people.

My hubby and I have both had excellent care and attention for those small medical issues that need to be managed quickly. Dr. Dawood and Dr. Hanna have both been caring doctors and the staff do their best to fit us in when we need help. The Pharmacist at Queen's Pharmacy is the best. She makes sure we understand the side effects of each drug prescribed.

Excellent service! I'm a walk in client assisted by great staff, Lovey and the rest of the front desk team. I had appointment with Dr Dawood who is exceptionally nice and considerate. I love this clinic! Will definitely come back again. Thank you for your hard work!

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and anger regarding the unacceptable experience my elderly father had at Queens Medical Center and Pharmacy today, June 9, 2025. My father visited the clinic with a painful eye infection. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, he was seen by the doctor. Shockingly, it was the doctor who incorrectly informed him that his health card was expired in 2024. This was absolutely false and easily verifiable; his health card was issued in 2024 and is clearly valid until 2028. Despite this blatant error, my father was given an unacceptable ultimatum: either pay upfront for the visit or leave the clinic to go and renew a perfectly valid card. As a direct result of the doctor's severe mistake and astounding lack of due diligence at Queens Medical Center and Pharmacy, my elderly father, suffering from an acute eye infection, was forced to leave without receiving any medical attention. He then had to endure the unnecessary burden of traveling to ServiceOntario only to be correctly told that his health card was indeed valid until 2028, and that 2024 was simply the issue date. This entire ordeal demonstrates an appalling level of incompetence from a medical professional, coupled with a complete disregard for an elderly patient in urgent need of care. Not only was he denied treatment, but he was also misinformed and sent on an unnecessary and distressing trip to resolve an issue that was entirely your clinic's error. We will never go to Queens Medical Center and Pharmacy again.

Dr. Dawood is my family doctor and he is the absolute best. He always makes the time to take you if it’s important and you can tell he cares about his patients! Amy the pharmacist is so lovely as well.

Update 6 months now: Dr.Delwood still doing a great job ! Been with Dr.Delwood (family doc) now for a few months He's good great. Good wait times. Getting things taken care of. Reception good too.

Ridiculous slow. Very rude doctor and I don’t even know if she is a qualified doctor. We had been waiting for 3 hours , and only 5 patients in front of us.
