Staff were great, bathroom was disgusting. I was told to use the bathroom to give a urine sample. Absolutely no way I would have used their facility. The stench of urine was eye watering, the floor was sticky with pee, there was nowhere to hang a bag/coat, there was no toilet paper.....I left quickly. It needs fumigating....
I don't know how this location gets all these bad reviews. While the bathroom may be less than clean, you can't blame the staff. Blame the people making a mess in them. I've be going to this clinic for decades since it was located on Ghent Avenue and the staff have always been nothing but great. I've occassionally tried other clinics and always find this location provides the best service. A big thanks to the staff as I hate needles!
I am a 38 year old baby who is unbelievably scared of getting a blood test. I went in and it was almost painless. The doctor was very good and I would gladly come back for future tests.
Literally never answer their phone. Don’t even bother calling. I can’t imagine being a senior and/or have mobility issue and have to go down to the lab just ask a question about the services they provide
Aug 25 2025 had blood work done. Not very professional, little indian guy, said he has been doing the job for two years, he seemed unsure what he was doing. I have had blood taken previously, different location no problems. I would not go back to this location again, very filthy place, I wouldn't go to this location again, not a healthy place to go for your health care needs.
I went to this location on a Monday early morning to get some blood work done. The guy doing that took my blood a young east Indian had no idea what he was doing. I have very visible veins never had any issues getting my blood taken. He hurt me a lot just to look for my vein that left a bruise and a bump on my arm. I was upset and I even asked him how many years experience he said 2. I even told him if he has been practicing on animals. Why do we have inexperienced people working in these places. This incompetent person or people need to go.
The staff were great but not the cleanliness! The bathroom floor was full of pee and the toilet paper wasn't even in the contraption. Note that this is a smaller location so wait time is longer. I will be going to my usual location in Hamilton. I regret trying out a new spot only for it to be so filthy.
