Dr Alex is wonderful. Very thorough and very caring. Highly recommend him and appreciate that I was able to get medical advice on a Holiday when no one else would be available.
Since my Doctor was close I made my way to this clinic I did months prior and saw a wonderful older gentleman doctor WELL this time I was seen 3 minutes sinus and cracking in my chest as usual I told front desk when you registered of your allergies well took my prescription drove to my pharmacy and yes my meds we all penicillin base thank god for my wonderful pharmacy after il took 3 phone call , 2 faxes for me to finally get the right med no we apologize never again
I honestly have not had a bad experience here. Dr Alexander has always been helpful. He's kind. He's done referrals. I also do not see him for major things. That's not what he is for. There's ER, for that .it's very difficult to see my GP...and dr Alexander is the one I go to for minor things. I personally love how they take precautions. They keep us all safe . So why all the negative reviews? If your one to tell a doctor what you think you have ,that's not the way to do it let the doc tell you ... don't diagnose yourself . Anyways , he's great at his work .will always go here if I can't see my GP. And I am not one to get sick often .
The doctor saw my daughter very quickly, I appreciate getting to call and set a time first as there's less waiting around with a sick child in waiting rooms compared to other clinics. The doctor explained the steps before hand clearly and was very thorough and kind. The whole experience was very efficient and organized. Thank you!
The receptionist and Doctor were willing take me after I called on a Friday @ 5PM dealing with a nasty cough and fever. They took my information over the phone and they clearly explained the instructions to me. I arrived and they took over, checked me out and sent me on my way! Great little find! Thank you very much!

This clinic has been such a lifesaver the past week for our family. GREAT with kids, mine are 1&3. Very thorough, timely, and friendly care. Much better than any walk-in clinic and doctor I’ve ever been to before. They have their own process on how they set your appointment up and how they see you but trust the process and you will be seen very soon with minimal time needed inside. Follow ups are also quick and painless doctor remembered exactly who I was and aided me in next steps. Got diagnosis and prescription sent to my pharmacy very quickly. Not sure who is leaving bad reviews but after reading a couple of them sounds like they were not following the process or had unrealistic/unreasonable expectations.
