Very Disappointed – Dishonest and Unreliable Service I had a terrible experience recently when I bought a suit here for an upcoming wedding. They didn’t have my size in stock, but the manager assured me they could order it. A week later, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, they handed me the wrong size—the one they had in stock all along. They then told me the size I originally ordered wasn’t available anymore, even though they had claimed it was on order and in the back office. It was clear they were not being honest and had wasted a full week of my time. As a result, I had to attend the wedding without the new suit. I strongly advise others not to rely on this place—they’re dishonest, disorganized, and not worth your time. Go elsewhere if you want an stress-free experience.
My husband & I have been so happy with Strauss at Mapleview. The #1 reason for that is - Mo! He makes us feel welcome and takes such great care in finding the perfect ensembles for my husband. We have been back a few times and Mo’s level of service, attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding whether we are making a purchase, just looking or doing a refund. The store has a great selection and there are different price points available. The one-stop-shop is great as well … you can get outfitted head to toe!
Had a very good experience today when I brought my son in to get a suit for prom. Even though the place was very busy, Moe spent plenty of time helping my son try on different items and find a suit with an appropriate cut and fit, and a shirt, tie and pocket square to make the outfit pop. Great customer service.

John and his team are the best. Without a doubt the best mens clothes you will fine. They are guaranteed to have what u r looking for! I have been shopping here for years and only here. Nothing else can compare. Always something new in stock and top of the line at the best price.
Had them tailor newly bought suit pants and they came out looking like they were done by the tailor’s newborn child. Everything from extremely misaligned seams, huge gaps in the seams you could literally see through, and worst of all they couldn’t even use the correct thread colour meaning you could see the stitching for the alterations. Not to mention their pants and dress shirts are subpar quality with excess and unraveling stitching all over the place.
Used Strauss for our wedding party and had a great experience. Isabella was amazing! So easy to book fittings with (the guys could text her themselves to go in when it was most convenient for them), she gave great advice, kept us organized and the guys looked great on our wedding day!
