Ordered a side of rice with a burrito bowl, it cost 3.99 plus tax, delivery and service fee for what appears to be 25 grains of rice. Will not be ordering from here again.
Wanted to try a new burrito place, and completely regret it. When ordering a burrito they were very stingy with the portions /toppings. Not a big deal, that might be how their portions are. The huge issue coming was when the lady who was making our burrito was taking it off the grill we noticed the paper she was going to place it back on was covered in sauce. We asked for a new paper so the burrito would t be messy on the outside. Apparently it was the worst thing to ask. The worker was fighting us telling us it wasn’t a big deal and no one ever has asked for a new paper and we should deal with it. She mentioned no other customer has ever asked. We kept saying we didn’t want it to be messy and we we not asking for nothing for free, we’re not swearing or getting upset, just trying to get a new paper that the burrito was being wrapped up in. She was so angry and could not understand why we wanted such a simple thing that would not even be a second guess anywhere else. If this is the service we get for something so small not only are we never coming back, but making sure we tell everyone how awful our experience was. Not ok to treat customers like that, god forbid she spoke to someone more angry or aggressive the way she did I’m sure the outcome wouldn’t be the same. Unacceptable
This place never fails with customers service and quality/taste. I ordered around 20 items for all the people in my department at work and everything was made correct and with care. I am a regular here and recommended this place for lunch at my job today and everyone enjoyed their food! I forgot to add rice to my order and the gave me a second burrito instead of just adding it to the original one! Great customer service every time! Thank you
I got a pretty good chicken burrito in this hidden burrito shop. I was going to go to subway but I thought why not try Burritoz instead. You don't want to go to Costco hungry, so I thought I'd grab a bite first. They have daily specials but I wanted chicken so I got this instead. There was no line up, the store is nice and clean and I got served up nice and quick. Burrito was tasty and I enjoyed it with a nice cold coke Zero. $17 including a tip was worth it. The burrito was on par with other Burlington burrito restaurants so I'd say give it a go.
Amazing burritos, they have some options where they put in buffalo sauce or sweet chilli thai sauce in the burrito which is a nice blend for burrito. Great place to go when craving a quick burrito.
This is one of the best burrito place in Burlington. The staff are all kind and listen carefully to your requests. I’ve been going for 3 years for either beef or pulled pork and I’m telling you it excellent food. I plan on trying every protein they have.
First time I had a burrito was from here. I fell in love with burritos! I've tried other places close to where I was working or travelling. I was ALWAYS disappointed. I've just stopped trying others lol. The burrito sauce here is to die for! They're huge and so reasonably priced. I have to cut my burrito in half because I can't finish it in one sitting Their quesadillas are awesome and when we don't feel like the wrap we have the burrito bowl which is basically a giant burrito salad. No matter what you order off the menu you won't be disappointed!
