I had a great experience at this mobile shop. I recently purchased a phone, and the service was amazing.GAGAN and MANPREET team were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal. Their customer service is truly impressive. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this shop!
HORRIBLE!!! I brought my phone in to repair water damage they said they could do it. I came back and the phone was ten times worse than when i brought it in. They told me that it was beyond repair and tried to sell me a new phone. When I said no and brought the phone home it was completely screwed up. I called them again and they just kept blaming me. I called apple and they said this stuff doesn't happen just due to water damage, it was an assembly issue (which was mobile kliniks error). So unless you want a totally screwed up phone and to be blamed completely for it, don't bring it here. terrible people, terrible service overall the worst experience I've had in a store throughout my entire life.
One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Lazy rude and inept. It should have been a red flag that after trying to call them multiple times, I gave up and came so they could painfully begrudgingly book me an appointment to fix a defect in my phone. In retrospect, it was clear they had no intention or ability to honoring that appointment, but let me come in without letting me know anyways - despite calling ahead to no answer and with no reply to the message I left. I was told that it would take some time for them to get the part but wouldn't give any kind of estimate or even let me know what point in the queue I was at. Would not ask any information relevant to my repair or appointment. Didn't even ask my name to check or ask for the imei to check if I qualified. This was for a defect that made my phone a fire hazard. Eventually gave up and got a new phone. Safer then waiting for them to feel like giving me the slightest information. If you can go anywhere else do so. They treat clients as burdens not human beings. You'd have a better chance getting your phone fixed shoving it in a microwave.
I got my battery replaced from them and they didn’t seal the phone properly so yesterday in the rain the phone was in my pocket and water went inside the phone and damaged the display and battery of the phone. Now i came to other location of phone klink they showed me it was not sealed properly which damaged my phone
Phone repair place that requires you to phone and ask if they have the parts in stock. Booked online with make and model, showed up to appointment told they don't have the supplies to repair phone. Told to go another location that was 2 hours away.
Had a great experience visiting the store, this place is miracle..gave me hope that there is great cx service alive.... This is the place I visit all the time (Rahim, Gagan,manpreet all did great job..
Raheem, Sam and Manpreet helped fix the charging port in less than 5 mins. They were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommending people to come and use their services !
