I had an amazing experience at Burlington Cycle, and I can’t say enough great things about Rick and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, Rick was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. I purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 500, and the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Rick went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly, and his attention to detail really stood out. It was clear he truly cared about making this a great experience—not just making a sale. The bike was in excellent condition, perfectly prepared, and ready to ride. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and delivers top-tier service, Burlington Cycle is the place to go. And if you get the chance, ask for Rick—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend Burlington Cycle and Rick to anyone in the market for a motorcycle. I absolutely love my Ninja 500!
Amazing salesmanship have an understanding of what bike I'm looking for highly knowledgeable technicians up-to-date on all the new products seamless transition through service and parts always to have the stuff I'm looking for highly recommend this shop no matter what your level of writing is they have an understanding of what you're looking for cheers.
Wouldn’t sell me a lawn mower at msrp from Honda website. Picture shows what they are supposed to charge and they added extra $200 for no reason. Could not give me a breakdown of the price. Sales person kept saying give me $1300 and it’s yours. Stay away won’t do business here.
Rizwan was super helpful in recommending my first bike. He showed me a handful of different models and made sure I found a bike that I was most comfortable with. I will definitely be back to Burlington Cycle when its time for an upgrade!
TL;DR - Impressed with parts department. Disappointed with communication. Techs did amazing. Had a fall on my bike and my foot gear shifter is really badly bent and my front alignment is off. Shifting itself wasn't/isn't a problem besides my foot not catching on the lever. Ordered the part June 14th 2025 and the part was on back order from Honda - so this wasn't their fault and I have no issue with. The parts department were really communicative and would update me no problem. The part finally arrived July 10th. July 10th I booked an appointment with service. Originally I was asked to drop the bike off on Thursday July 24th but with my work schedule I asked to wait until Saturday July 26th. My appointment was confirmed for 9am. I explained that it was a bent lever and a realignment so was I told by a lady that should take less than half hour but the minimum cost is a half hour which would be $65. Upon arriving at 9am I was told that although I could drop the bike off - they wouldn't be able to look at it until Tuesday. I don't understand the point of making the appointment then? When I made an appointment I assumed that that was to get it looked at. However, since it was a pain to ride I decided that I would just leave it (especially considering they are closed Sunday's and Monday's and I start work at 6:30am on Tuesday). At this time I was asked if it was a Quick Gear Change but I think that was a misunderstanding and I explained again it's just the lever. The lady had to ask since only the lever was ordered not the whole gear shifter. Like, okay, mistakes happen I guess in the system it was noted as a longer service than necessary? Not sure. Since I was leaving it I asked them if they also wouldn't mind attaching a dash cam I had purchased and replace mirrors with mirrors I had bought - figured if the service would be less than half hour why not? Anyway, left it Saturday. I called noon today (Tuesday) and was told they might not be able to look at it today and may need to look at it tomorrow. The lady also said "well, I just have 2 guys in the back" and explained that the appointment time was only for drop-off. Disappointed that what may take less than half hour is being spread over 3 days (Saturday, Tuesday and potentially Wednesday). Lady did mention she was going to ask her techs if it could get looked at this afternoon. Attached pictures verifying all the dates of communication. 3:40pm Hadn't heard anything so called again. Was told that they were just finishing up the camera and that I will would get a call back when ready. I did mention that had I was called earlier I would have said not to bother with the camera if that is now what's holding up bike pickup. I'd rather have my bike than the cameras on. 4:30pm Got the call the bike was ready 5:15pm Arrived and paid $281 in total. Had a couple of fudge ups with my payment but I got it in the end. Confirmed a miscommunication on Saturday as the longer service is electrical work and wouldn't have been completed but as this was the lever it would have been quicker. They did however, install the new mirrors and the front/rear dash cam. The bike feels fantastic and the wiring job from the camera is beautify - I would never have gotten it so good myself. The bike feels brand new and I think the techs themselves did an amazing job. I would just like to see more communication. Once it was realized that it was a shorter service needed then a simple "whoops we messed up but we'll take a look on Tuesday" would have made it understandable. To have an appointment to drop the bike off is just weird. I would expect an appointment to be when my bike will be looked at - especially as I booked the service on July 10th and waiting until July 26th (well, in actual fact it was July 29th). If the camera was going to take so long that I wouldn't have had it back today I would've appreciated a call so I could make the final decision.
Amazing service, Rizwan went above and beyond to get me this beautiful ZX4RR, thanks to the team at Burlington Cycle and Rizwan! Come check them out you won’t be disappointed
This place runs off scamming its customers. Tried to get my safety done here and they told me I needed to replace parts that were perfectly fine (according to 2 other bike mechanics) furthermore asked for absurd prices for the parts that they allegedly wanted to replace for me. Save your money, go somewhere else.
