Every-time I go to this location there is a problem. Never a smooth transaction or interaction. You want to support Canadian businesses but they make it so hard.
the best record/dvd/cd store, I would spend all my money here. Vinyls and cd’s are all in good conditions and dvds are not scratched and cheap. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and kind!
I came in here for the first time during their annual sale and felt like a kid in a candy store. Even though it was super busy, the staff worked quickly made sure every customer was served timely. The store isn’t that big but they have a huge selection of great music, shows, movies and video games. Will definitely be returning outside the sale!
Super overpriced. Heard the employees talking bad about a potential customer the entire time I was in there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment.
Came in to get my wii discs buffed for free of charge. Store had variety of disc's to select from (movies, games, etc). Not sure the name of the lady and gentleman that were working here today but they were super friendly. Will come here again!
