It’s been ridiculous, over 20min in line just to drop off a parcel with just 1 person in front of me and all because there is no staff working on returns but other staff just chilling and doing nothing
Apple AirPod buyers beware*** I bought a pair of AirPod 3s from this exact location August 17th which were $225 after tax and sale. I brought them over to Apple because I was having issues with them. Apple took one look at them and said they’re fake from the font on the back to the prongs inside the case (the serial number matches many other fake ones I even saw the list she had on the ipad) Staples will not do anything about it. They said “they’re sealed Apple products in the box, never heard of this issue in my life” so I don’t know how this happened or how this is allowed. Very frustrating. Update-I contacted the customer service email and they were able to contact the stores GM to make sure I was able to exchange the product and thankfully the second time I got real Apple AirPods. Strange how I had to do all that in order to exchange a product that was fake.

Now you also have Bell wireless service available in the store with wide variety of mobiles and plans to choose from. Must visit.
I went to that location to get my passport picture done. Jeff was the one who served me and he was outstanding. Friendly and funny and so rapid, I couldn’t believe how quick it was done. Thank you Jeff !
I went to Staples on Fairview to scan and email a document. It was busy and I needed someone to help me with this. Jeff was great! He talked me through it with patience. Jeff has great customer service skills and I appreciated that.

He was very professional, understanding and more than fair in resolving the issue. I appreciate the care this Staples provides to its customers and that is why I am a long - time loyal customer.
I was at this store to buy a toner cartridge, which they did not have in stock. I was told the Staples on Davidson had 3 in stock, so I drive there. The Davidson location couldn’t find them, and told me their inventory must be wrong. So I drove around, wasting my time and gas, for nothing.
