Fantastic prices and top Notch service, they do an excellent inspection of your car. And will do wipers and lightbulbs on the spot and charge only the retail no extra labour. Fantastic !!! Highly Recommend
This oil change was disappointing. They over-filled my oil, not knowing that my particular engine should not be filled to the Max mark, causing a litany of issues from smoke out of the tailpipe to fouling my crankcase ventilation valves. Thankfully there don’t appear to be seal failures due to excessive crankcase pressure, at least not yet. I will likely have to replace fouled spark plugs, run a round or two of Techron, and monitor my cats and O2 sensors for issues, all on top of doing another oil change to get rid of potential foaming. All in all, probably $400 more out of pocket to fix their mistake. Further, the manager was a complete jerk, criticizing his employees for inefficiency at loud volume right in front of customers. Whether he was right or not wasn’t the point; you simply do not humiliate people, much less in front of paying clients. Truly unbelievable behaviour. Now, I get that it was my mistake to not go to a reputable, trusted technician for the oil change. I was in a hurry with a busy schedule and just needed to get this off my plate. Yet isn’t that what these services are for? Never again will I go to this place. I highly suggest that you consider alternatives before giving your money to the jerk manager (who appeared to be the franchise owner) and risk your vehicle being mismanaged.
For 8 years i have gone to express oil change in Brampton because it's close to my work. I live in Burlington and saw that there was an Express Oil Change shop in Burlington. I went in on Saturday and was greeted by two politen young guys who got me in right away, did my oil change correctly and quickly. Also they have liquid molly oil here and I searched for oil chnage places that carried it and only Express Oil Change had this product.
Stopped in today for an oil change and had a great experience. Andrew and Chanpreet were super helpful. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the service intervals, and even checked my tire pressure, filters and fluids. Really professional, friendly, and thorough. will definitely be coming back.
My mom went in yesterday and she was very happy with how she was treated and helped, the worker chanpreet was very kind and helped her through everything.
On a Saturday evening closer to their closing time I had an emergency. Needed oil top up for my car. I called them the guy I think Neel .. he was super helpful and told me he would accommodate me regardless as I was going to be on the road. The entire team including Louis & Luca they were super nice & friendly . Not only they helped me in a crisis situation also their helpful demeanour and their kindness made me write this review. After calling the place and being told oil change for my Mazda 3 would be $54, they after the fact told me they only had one option which was $90 synthetic. I should have just left the place. And they didn’t top up windshield washer fluid which was part of the full service. Not going there again.
