I bought my daughters party supplies, loot bag stuff and balloons at this store. Paid $265 2 weeks before the party. I went back day before the party to get my helium balloons and they couldn’t find the slip or the balloons. I showed them my credit card transaction date and time stamped and they couldn’t look up my transaction or provide my balloons. Was trying to “shop local” will take my business to Walmart next time!
This shop and its New owners are a disgrace and shouldn’t be in business. The owner lies that he isn’t the owner and always states he doesn’t know when he will be in. He hangs up the phone on you when you have a concern, which has been reported by a few locals experiencing the same type of treatment. He makes you wait at the front to pay while he eats his lunch in the back room and will tell you he can’t help you until he finishes his lunch. He admitted that he sells defective balloons and will not honour a ballon that he just filled which only lasts 40 min. What once was a great place to get party supplies is now a place you want to stay far away from. Bought 4 ballon’s with helium, 1 lasted 40 minutes, the other half a day. If you call with your concerns, be prepared to have him hang up on you. Shameful and disgraceful to have this type of business operating.
Got a balloon arrangement made last weekend. I ordered it on a Friday and picked it up the next day. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and informed me of all my options and came up with a beautiful balloon bouquet for my daughter's birthday. 10/10 recommend.
This shop used to be my go-to and seeing the other comments it appears there was a change in ownership which has really lead to a downgrade. Stock is limited, prices are higher, the layout is weird now and from other reviews the helium quality is way down. I walked in and out. And then I was told about a terrible experience that a pregnant customer had where she was yelled at and assaulted. I feel really terrible for the old owners, as they were so lovely! I’m also sorry to see the shop in such decline as I was always happy to pay a little more for a small business but I can’t justify it anymore.
Terrible management and terrible quality products. manager is aggressive and does not know how to operate a business and should be removed . Such a shame they changed owners the store used to be of high quality. Avoid this place at all costs
I used to come here often to purchase balloons and since the owners have changed I’ve only had bad experiences. I had gone there to get balloons for a graduation yesterday and the young girl at the counter didn’t seem to know what she was doing not to mention the massive language barrier there was. I was told to wait for the balloons to be blown up while the young girl wasn’t busy doing anything else. So I left for 15-20 minutes (which is more than enough time for 4 balloons to be blown up) just to return and the young girl is now doing someone else’s balloons as mine still weren’t done. It was very apparent she wasn’t properly trained on blowing up the balloons correctly while they were all different sizes and falling to the floor. The customer in front of me walked out and didn’t take their balloons because of how poorly they were done. I also decided the same and didn’t bother purchasing. I will not be returning to this store and don’t recommend.
This has been our go-to party store for quite sometime. Great variety of balloons with good quality party item. Plus the owner is very kind. Highly recommended!
