Lets start off by saying, i never leave a negative review because i believe everyone deserves a second chance, but this is about the 5th chance and it just keeps getting worse. All i can say is, please stay away from this place, I'm not sure if it's because the tattooing was prepaid and once she had the money she had every excuse in the book from emergencies to doors locked when we arrived. Taking time off work and losing money to get to an appointment, to reach there and the place is locked and no reply at all to say what is going on. The eyebrow tattooing should have been completed in about 2 months, we are heading on 2 years and it's still not completed. I can't even understand how someone owns a business with this type of professionalism. All I can say is, STAY AWAY from here. Just utter disrespect and non professional business.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my wife and I's experience with Allie was deeply disappointing and I feel a responsibility to share it. My wife and I reached out for scar camouflage services after reading many positive reviews, but our experience could not be further everyone else's. Allie seemed caring at first and said she could help with a keloid scar on my wife’s upper chest in likely 2–3 sessions. It was always a bit of unknown as to how much everything would cost but we ended up paying $700 in cash for two appointments. Both times, she was either late or rescheduled last minute. The first session showed no visible improvement, which she said was normal. After the second, we still saw almost no change. She said we’d need more sessions but promised to continue working with us at no extra charge. Which we appreciated. When my wife arrived for the third session, the doors were locked. 30 minutes later she got a message saying the appointment was canceled due to an emergency (this was the 2nd time this happened). My gut says it was a lie, my apologies if not, but there was no follow-up afterward, no apology, no attempt to reschedule. We had to reach out ourselves, maybe she no longer cared cause we discussed not paying any further. At that point, we were frustrated and sought second opinions. This is where things get really sad.. Two professionals told us keloid scars should not be be treated with camouflage tattooing, and doing so could make the scar darker over time and the ink could possibly migrate and make the scar bigger. Looking at our results, we fear that might already be the case. After being extremely disappointed hearing this and quite annoyed with the lack of professionalism, we respectfully requested a partial refund and clearly explained why. We both reached out to her on separate occasions but we were met with silence. No reply at all. In our experience, this was not just poor service, it was a total breakdown in professionalism and accountability and a completely waste of money and time. I hope this helps others avoid the same outcome. 1st pic is before, 2nd pic is after.
Allie is and absolute artist. All of her work is so good. I’ve even taken a few nearest and dearest friends to her for brows and they too were so happy? Thanks Allie —you’re the very best !
Allie is absolutely amazing. This was my first tattoo and instantly meeting her all my nervousness disappeared. She is incredibly talented, extremely kind and patient. Her art work is meticulous and beyond 5 stars. I couldn’t recommend her more - I cannot wait to book with her again! Picture is 24hrs after & still healing! I’m already getting loads of compliments.
We are so happy with the way the day went! From start to end, Allie was amazing! She took time and care not only to do beautiful work, but did so with such compassion and tenderness…especially with such a special tattoo being created. She even went out of her way to celebrate the day with bday candles and sparkles! Her skill and technique matched her beautiful energy.
