Being rude, dismissive and disrespectful to my wife is not the way to go. If a case is peeling and/or factory defective, sure it's not your fault, but you have a responsibility to ensure your customers have a positive experience. We have bought here several times over the years but no more. Too bad, so sad.
First of all zero stars, this place does not deserve a single star. I normally do not leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the service I received at this kiosk was extremely disappointing. When I attempted to explain that dust and debris were trapped under the screen protector they installed, the person did not allow me to speak or clarify the issue. Instead, he abruptly removed the screen protector and even took off the phone case I had purchased from him, without listening to my concerns. His communication was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Rather than addressing the problem or offering a proper solution, he simply refunded my money something I did not initially want, as I was only looking for the service I paid for to be done correctly. Based on my experience, I found the customer service to be careless and disrespectful. Several nearby vendors also expressed the same concerns and were surprise at the positive reviews, which makes me question their authenticity. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before visiting this booth. No customer should be treated with disregard especially when simply requesting a fair and reasonable service. I really hope this business shuts down. This guy is nothing but a scammer And does not own up to his mistakes. You can imagine what this guy did/said to make me write him this review.
WARNING TO EVERYONE: DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid for a screen protector installation at Cellular Repairs and Accessories, and Shan didn’t even bother to clean my phone before slapping it on. The result? Dust trapped inside and a blurry camera. When I went back to get the job fixed — a job I paid for — he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He actually laughed in my face when I showed my receipt, refused to take responsibility for his terrible work, and even threatened to call security to avoid fixing his own mistake. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an accident — scamming customers and treating them disrespectfully is his pattern. The positive reviews have to be fake, because there’s no way anyone is walking away impressed with service like this. There are plenty of places that do honest, professional work — this is not one of them. Do yourself a favour: walk right past this kiosk. You’ll save your money, your time, and your sanity.

Bought a phone case that didnt fit my cell properly so I returned it 10 minutes later. Owner was very unprofessional about the return saying " I knew you were a waste of time". Don't see this business staying open long term with that kind of terrible customer service. Buyers beware.
I thought that I I initially got a good deal and was happy but it only took two weeks for this business Cellular’s Screen Protector to crack! He claims it’s the same as Apple’s and or a place like Roger’s in which it isn’t, it’s a cheaper, thinner and much less protective screen display cover! I wrote this business and the gentleman who works here a 5 star stellar review because of the price! I showed him that my review was first because I am a Google Guide Level #7 and requested he replaces it for free otherwise I am going to have to change my review! He would only put on a new one for $10 more, which I declined. On my way to Apple or Rogers’s (My phone Provider) and requesting a new screen protector which will cost more but at least I have peace of mind knowing I can pretty much throw my phone at the wall and the screen and what’s behind it will be okay. Don’t go to this guy or business for anything IMO, unless you really are trying to save money and literally never drop your phone. I am sure he has some decent cases available but again nothing if quality!
Shan is great, knows more about cell phones than anyone I have ever met. Even the Apple store on the second floor sends him their phones they cant fix. He is the guy if you have any cell phone issues.
