The staff and selection are excellent. Dawn took the time to answer all of my questions well, demonstrate the flash and answer other technical questions. I didn’t feel rushed and was happy with my purchase.
Henry’s are usually pretty good. This one in Burlington is great! I wanted to trade in some gear in order to make a purchase more affordable. Alicia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from my first phone call to the completion of my purchase. I would definitely recommend this Henry’s location. Dawn was also very friendly and helped make the experience more pleasurable.

Can’t say how much we had a great experience in this location Brandon our guy was a great expert and a very helpful asset to us navigating our need for my daughters first camera for the college, he has been above and beyond in every single aspect from knowledge, details, comparing different brands together, advice and very welcoming and friendly person. Kyle was amazing at Henry’s Brant location. I attended a class where he was teaching Aperture & Depth of Field Class. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all questions in detail. Henry’s is my go to place! I appreciate the staff so much. Kyle was the one who helped me buy my very first camera gear at Henry’s and also recently purchased flash for my camera. I appreciate Kyle’s demeanour along with the subject matter knowledge whether it is regarding the camera gear or while he is teaching a course.
Recently visited with questions about a used lens that Henry's was selling online and walked out after ordering it! While it was the end of the day and I came in with more than a few questions, I really appreciated the help that they provided. The payment system seemed a bit difficult to work with and was causing a few errors so I also would like to thank them for working through those as well. Thank you again!
Avoid like the plague. What a fall from grace. A year ago I left below review. Feeling positive I went there the next time. However this time, I met with horrible service and customer experience. Staffs answer to “You just lost a customer” is a “Fine” so they care about cashing your money, not the customer at all. “Best quick photos for passport and alike in town. Fast and accurate. Staff friendly and care the work they do.” Well not anymore apparently.
