We bought a gas Valve at Wolseley HVAC/R Burlington month ago to fix my water heater. But it turn out it just a igniter to need to replace. So we bought a igniter at Wolseley Hamilton. We went back the same day to return a gas valve but they said because of it already installed so no return .My service man already filled out a guarantee form but no good for them . I paid $480,06 for that . Some one in this company please try looking into it and return my money back because in my opinion even ebay Amazon ..still have better return policy than this company
Terrible customer service. On hold for a long time. Lady wouldn't even quote me a price for a capacitor because I don't personally have a gas ticket. Told her my friend with a gas license would pickup item but still wouldn't give me price info. Thankfully most other stores like Noble will sell to the public for basic items like a capacitor. Also Amazon. Save your time and shop somewhere else.
Quick and easy and had what I needed without a lot of looking around. Would highly recommend over the big box stores (where it can be challenging to find someone who actually knows what parts are what).
Popped in quickly to see if they could help me match up a quarter turn faucet cartridge. Gentleman behind the desk had ZERO interest in helping me and was quite rude about it. Will never go back.
